To receive your pass, provide the name on the reservation and the condo number (2419) to the gate guard. This condo is in Building 2 (the yellow building) on the second floor above the parking level.
• Elevator/Stairs: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by the building management. If it’s unavailable due to maintenance, stairs will be required.
• Please note that the elevators are NOT guaranteed to be in working order and there are stairs required if elevators are not working.
• Laundry: On-site washer/dryer machines are credit/debit card–operated.
• Communal amenities: Pools, hot tub, and gym are communal and managed by the building/HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance are subject to change.
• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan accordingly. If an unauthorized pet is found, additional cleaning charges may apply.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
