🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and provided at the gate upon arrival. For more than one (1) pass, please notify Grand Welcome prior to check-in. To receive your pass, provide the name on the reservation and the condo number (2419) to the gate guard. This condo is in Building 2 (the yellow building) on the second floor above the parking level.
• Elevator/Stairs: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by the building management. If it’s unavailable due to maintenance, stairs will be required.
• Please note that the elevators are NOT guaranteed to be in working order and there are stairs required if elevators are not working.
• Laundry: On-site washer/dryer machines are credit/debit card–operated.
• Communal amenities: Pools, hot tub, and gym are communal and managed by the building/HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance are subject to change.
• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan accordingly. If an unauthorized pet is found, additional cleaning charges may apply.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

We loved this place. It was very cute and well decorated. The amenities kept us busy. This is a very beautiful and relaxing resort and the boardwalk to the beach is impressive. We spent every morning walking that gorgeous beach. The resort is kid friendly and also fun for adults. It felt safe and secure with 24 hour gate keeping. The pools were well maintained and peaceful. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Great location in building 2 - indoor pool and close to beach plus local Hilton Head spots. Very close to a Kroger if items needed. If you have older adults traveling make sure you get golf cart pick up times because the boardwalk to the beach is a long stretch. We would book again.

Just as listed. For what we needed, just a place to sleep and simple neals, everything we needed. I would have liked to have access to a broom for sand on the hardwood floors but other than that the condo itself wasnt bad. The resort itself is a dark maze under buildings and such but thats no fault of condo owners

The place was wonderful and perfect for our family with small children. The owners were attentive to questions and helpful. The resort is well situated on the island with access to all the spots. The resort itself is great with three pools and beach access. Highly recommend!

Great space for my girls trip with my mother and daughters! The host was very responsive to anything we needed. The onsite Bike rental was great! The shuttle to the beach was great! And we were close enough to take a day trip to Savannah. We really enjoyed it!

First off, the unit was clean and met all expectations. It was a great place to get away. The boardwalk to the beach was great and the on sight activities, pools etc were all fantastic! It is located in a great area with access to everything. We did have problems with the Resort it was in. (Not the room we booked) We had a really hard time finding our unit as none of the buildings are marked and we came in at night. Also the elevators kept messing up and wouldn't go to ground floor so we got stuck in it a few times and everyone was having to carry their luggage down the steps that have no air flow in 95⁰+ temps.

The condo is quite compact—essentially, the living room, kitchen, and dining area together are about the size of a standard living room. Seating in the living space is limited, with room for about four teens or even fewer adults comfortably. Additionally, the floors are noticeably worn and are due for replacement. The primary bathroom is very small. The kitchen was minimally stocked and not ideal for preparing a full meal. The knives were dull with no sharpener available, and there were no mixing bowls provided. That said, for the price we paid, we were generally satisfied with our stay. The Hilton Head Island Resort itself has a nice outdoor pool, though the indoor pool felt a bit murky and outdated. Access to the beach requires a bit of a walk down the boardwalk, but a golf cart shuttle is available for convenience. CoCo's Beach Bar & Grill at the end of the boardwalk was a highlight—great food and drinks! The location overall is very convenient to shops, restaurants, and the

Overall, the resort was good. Great location, nice workers, good amount of amenities within condo. But, when we came an hour after check in, the cleaner was still there and we had to wait until she was finished. Recommend more toilet paper and trash bags be provided for guests. Owners responded in a timely manner, and were helpful but did not pick up phone calls which would have made resolving issues more efficient. After confirming a check out extension the day before, the door code changed and locked us out prior to the agreed upon time. Overall, we enjoyed the resort and our stay with some minor hiccups.
