Important Things to Note
• Parking and passes: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. No street parking in Sea Pines; vehicles parked on the street may be towed. Sea Pines gate pass: $35 per pass. Please keep your pass in your car at all times. • Additionally, a weekly resort fee of $30 per 2-axle vehicle is collected in cash at the gate upon arrival.
• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan accordingly.
• Washer and dryer are in the home.
• Extra home perks: Wi-Fi, beach chairs/toys, umbrella, beach buggy, a few dishwasher and laundry pods, trash bags, hair dryers, Keurig and drip coffee maker, basic kitchen spices, iron and ironing board.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted. This home includes a small selection of kitchen spices.

- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
