The only thing I would recommend is providing some sort of welcome binder that included information on any trails available on the property, as I thought Ao read somewhere that the property had trails available for guests, the location of the pool and game room. Although we didn't utilize those things, we might have if we knew where they were located. Overall, it was a beautiful property and a peaceful stay. Also, it seemed only two of the four hot tub jets really worked all that well.

We had a wonderful time staying at the cabin. The cabin was clean, beautiful scenery even saw a bear our first night. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub along with the beautiful scenery. It’s about 30 mins from Pegion Forge for tons of fun activities for the family.

It was very peaceful at the cabin. Especially loved the location. It was about a 25 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and a 35 minute drive to Cade’s Cove and Gatlinburg. Traffic, however, might make those drives longer depending on if you visit during a busy time of the year. The drive is beautiful into the mountains but be careful if it’s raining pretty good driving into the cabin or snow would be tough cause drives are steep. The cabin itself was amazing. Loved the fire pit, hot tub, and we felt it was very clean. Upstairs bedroom gets warmer but a fan is provided to help with that, it was very appreciated. Beds were decently comfortable. Loved it had blinds you could close, wished the front door could be covered at night like windows. Only recommendation is ceiling fan in bedroom is very noisy and moves a lot. Kitchen was stocked well for cooking, could use more pantry space tho and bathroom more counterspace. Overall it was a great stay! Would recommend to anyone! We enjoyed it!

The cabin was so cute! Very cozy, clean, and perfect for a peaceful weekend! We loved the grill and firepit outside, and we even saw a bear friend! (We came to Gatlinburg/Pidgeon Forge hoping to see a bear!)

Pros: Nice cute quiet peaceful location. Place was clean. Lots of towels. Kitchen fully stocked. Nice deck view top and bottom. Bathroom and kitchen needs provided. Cons: Couldn't drop AC below 70°. House rule. Ceiling fan noisy. Room was hot. Mattress was lumpy and hard. Upstairs and down stairs. Dusty smell. Hot tube could've been cleaned better. I personally didnt use due to other people possible body fluids white particles floating in water. Hot tub was filled before arrival. Sofa needs to be replaced due to sinking when sitting. TV in bedroom didnt have Roku and only local channels provided.

Thanks so much for your detailed feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed the peaceful location, deck views, and all the thoughtful touches throughout the cabin! It's great to hear the space felt well-stocked and clean upon arrival. To help keep the AC running smoothly during hot and humid weather, we recommend not setting it below 70°. Lower temps can cause the system to freeze over and lead to long-term damage, so this helps ensure it stays comfortable and functional for everyone. The hot tub is fully drained, sanitized, and refilled between each stay. The textured surface and normal wear can sometimes make clean water appear cloudy, and any floating particles are typically from minerals or sanitizing products—not a lack of cleanliness. Even so, we’ve reminded our team to give it an extra check before each arrival. We understand that comfort can be subjective when it comes to sofas and mattresses, but we’ll definitely take a look to make sure everything is still up to our standards. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and your feedback helps us continue to improve!

This stay was definitely one of our favorites thus far! It was an amazing experience from the location, comfort, amenities, etc. Our favorite part was making breakfast together and sitting on the balcony up top of the cabin. Our host responded quickly when we had issues which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this beautiful homey cabin to anyone wanting to get away and find comfort somewhere else.

The location was beautiful. Described very well. Hot tub, fire pit and fire place was great. Beds were comfortable. Wouldn't want to drive to this location if icy, it is very steep. The house does need a deep clean.

It was further out than we thought. Not good coming in at night no lighting. Also the hot tub was super dirty and that’s what I looked forward to. Not much space to put bathroom stuff down. It was clean and good place to stay

Thanks for the feedback! We’re glad you found the cabin clean and enjoyed your stay overall. The hot tub is fully drained, sanitized, and refilled between every guest. The textured interior surface can sometimes give the water a cloudy appearance, especially with natural wear and mineral interaction over time—but we assure you it’s been thoroughly cleaned and maintained. We know how important that feature is and take its upkeep seriously. The bathroom vanity is on the smaller side due to the cozy one-bedroom cabin layout, but many guests find the shelves behind the toilet helpful or bring their items in as needed. That said, we’re exploring ways to add extra storage without compromising the space. As for the drive in, mountain roads can feel extra dark at night, especially for those unfamiliar with rural or mountain terrain. We recommend planning your arrival during daylight hours when possible to make the drive easier and allow you to take in the beautiful scenery. We truly appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve—we’d love to host you again!
