The cabin is located at the top of a hill and offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. It’s about a 20-minute drive to popular attractions such as Anakeesta and Pigeon Forge. One recommendation for future guests: use Apple Maps rather than Google Maps. Google Maps took us down the wrong route, which led to a very stressful experience at 1:00 AM while trying to find the cabin. That said, Jonathan was very responsive to our messages and helpful throughout our stay. The cabin was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a pool table and gaming table that the kids really enjoyed. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time here.

Cabin was in perfect location for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Spectacular views. Clean and spacious. We would stay there again. Recommend going to SMO rafting and Wildside for UTV tour. Myron Mixon and Ole Red both had very good food. Daiquiri Shack bar & gill good atmosphere, food not bad and great cold drinks!

First of all, the cabin was crazy to find! Our GPS wanted to take us over a private road, but our friend with us knew the area, so we were okay. We laughed like crazy over the winding road taking us to the cabin. Our first impression upon entering was how clean the cabin was! Call me crazy, but I carry disinfectant wipes and wipe down all solid surfaces. Not a spec of dust anywhere! The floors were dust free. The hot tub was very clean too.The bathroom towels were soft, fluffy and white. Only one suggestion would be to have a couple of hand towels. I’m sure there was a reason why there weren’t any. We made do because there were plenty of towels available. The Grand Welcome hospitality kits were a nice touch. Lovely fragrance! Two coffee packets were provided and I was glad about that. I thought there would be a single cup brewer and brought Kcups from home. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of glasses, mugs, dishes, etc. I might add a few more dish towels, because we washed our cups and glasses by hand. Plenty of paper towels were provided for our short stay.The outdoor views are amazing! We spent so much time on the deck watching the view from high up in the trees. I really want to come back to this cabin when the leaves change! Grand Welcome is phenomenal! They do a wonderful job managing this property. And the customer service employees are so polite.Thank you for providing us with a wonderful experience! We want to come back!

Nice cabin with a beautiful view. Host communicated with our group and was responsive to our messages. We had a wonderful time. Be prepared for some twisty, steep roads to get to the cabin. But once you get there, it is peaceful and secluded with beautiful Gatlinburg views.

Great stay for our family of four. Very clean and just as described. Be mindful you are driving up a mountain to get here so some of the roads are very tight with a few blind corners and hairpin turns.

House was great. WiFi was bad, if you need it, it's slow and limited to 10 connections which made it impossible for me to work from the house. Kitchen needs more pots/pans etc. but we made due for what we needed to make while there.

The drive to the cabin was beautiful, the roads are very steep and curvey. There was a few issues when we arrived, we contacted them and they were fixed the next day. The view from the deck is great.

What a beautiful view and a comfortable cabin - maybe my favorite of all the cabins that we’ve rented! Responsive host - easy instructions - it really couldn’t have gone any better. The cabin isn’t very far off the parkway, but there are some steep roads and one rather harrowing sharp curve on the way up. Let me tell you, though - the view is well worth it!!! Excellent place to stay!!!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The views were nice. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Good location right between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Our gps lead us astray the first attempt to get to the cabin. But we found it on the second attempt. But very clean and spacious.

Loved the amazing mountain views Each bedroom had an e suite, and ther own access to the balcony with awesome mountains views. Private, quiet, serene. Even saw a bear just across from our cabin! The drive up the mountain are very narrow roads and switchbacks which got my attention. Once there it was just the most incredible experience. I highly recommend it!!!

This house was extremely nice with a really beautiful view! We were a party of three older couples, and the house was laid out such that we all had our privacy with our own bathrooms. The clothes washer and dryer were very clean. Everything we needed for cooking was provided in the kitchen. Plenty of seating for all both inside and outside. The pool table was a definite plus! The view at night of the twinkling lights on the mountain in the distance is almost magical! The host responded very quickly to our questions and went above and beyond when they brought us extra blankets when we asked. I would caution others to NOT follow your GPS if it says to go in on Huskey Grove Road. You will not get there. The quickest way to the house is to go in from the Parkway on Beech Branch Road. I would love to come back to this beautiful, peaceful home again!

Had a nice stay. We had two separate bear sightings from the back deck which was magical. Seriously, do not follow your GPS. It gets ugly in the mountains narrow steep winding roads.. so don’t guess! Just use the directions from the host and save yourself that headache. Everything was lovely! We had 4 adults and 2 teens and it was perfect for our needs.

The roads to the place are a little steep, but the view made it worth it. We had a few issues with the one bathroom and some excessive cobwebs and sawdust from the bees, but they came out the next day and fixed the issues.

If you're looking for an incredible view, this is your house! The scenery from the balconies was absolutely stunning—one of the highlights of our stay. We especially loved soaking in the hot tub while enjoying the view—such a relaxing experience. The home was clean and well-kept, and customer service was quick and responsive whenever we had a question. The place is run a bit like a hotel chain—very streamlined with just the essentials provided. No extra frills, but everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. One helpful tip from other reviews that we also found true: try not to arrive for the first time at night. The drive up is steep and curvy—it’s part of the mountain cabin adventure, but much easier to manage in daylight. The interior was tidy, essentials provided, enjoyed the grill, hot tub and games, the views were unforgettable, and we had a great time. I’m happy to give it a 5-star rating following the review guide :) Nobody is perfect, but I truly enjoyed my stay!!

We had an awesome time at Mountain Symphony cabin. Everything was just as pictured. The views from the deck were stunningly beautiful. The cabin was just right for me, my husband, son and mother. Great place to stay! Amazing views with a spacious and well laid out cabin. The street was very peaceful with virtually no exterior sound. Highlights include: great amenities, great views, very clean (in terms of dirt and grime), king size beds throughout with 2 air conditioners, and an amazing location to both Gburg and PF. The only downside and the reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars was pest control. There was a decent amount of ants in the cabin (we killed 20+ in our 2 night stay all over the cabin) , spider in the high places (15+ in the corners of the bathrooms) and the carpenter bees which did stay outside but harassed us while trying to take in the views on the balconies. I would stay here again but would probably bring my Ortho home defense to spay the exterior and set out a couple of carpenter bee traps to make this the perfect stay. Also incase some was wondering, the WiFi is provided by a Verizon hotspot with around a 5-10 mbps download. ATT on my phone had good 5g

The house was as advertised. It looked just like the pictures. I highly suggest using Waze vs. Google maps to get to the house. Google maps tells you the wrong way. The check in was easy. The house was clean/spotless. The view from the balconies was amazing! Loved the porch swing, the hot tub, the pool table and arcade game. The starter kits for the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were clutch. I stayed at the house with my 2 kids and parents and there was more than enough room. The house is set way up on the mountain so it's not walkable to town, but so worth it for the views! There is a supermarket about a 10 min drive down the mountain. We went into Smoky Mountain National Park 4 out of our 5 days there. It's about a 15-20 min ride into the national park. I highly recommend the place!! And would definitely rent from them again!!

We had a great time staying at this property. It was exactly as described in the pictures we could DoorDash in some groceries from nearby food city. Gatlinburg restaurants are close by. Approach to property is a little steep would not recommend it in the nighttime for the first time once we got used to it in the daylight it was OK.

We loved staying at this cottage! It was in the perfect spot between gatlinburg and pigeon forge and had great views! We enjoyed the hot tub every evening. Make sure you take the Beech Branch Rd way up to the cottage vs Huskey Grove way as it is a private road!

Property was advertised as pet friendly and booked accordingly. The day before check-in, I received a message that it was not pet friendly. I was told I would have to pay an additional cleaning fee when I informed them I was bringing my dog. The reservation confirmed I was bringing the dog and I had to send them a screen recording of their own advertisement to prove it was listed as Pet friendly. I feel the property was not stocked efficiently enough for six people to stay a few days. There were no extra blankets. I don’t feel the kitchen is properly equipped. We had to wash everything daily to have enough. Some of the glasses were cracked and were chipped. The pillows on the couch are old, flat and missing buttons. The legs on the chair in the living room are about to fold in and break. The exterior of the hot is falling off and the tub was low in water. Lots of trash on the ground behind the house. Part of the roof was on the ground in the front. The decks/porch were very dirty.
