10-Min Walk to Beach - Huge Deck - Near Downtown

Everything about the house was as advertised! The house was in a great location and fully stocked with all needs for the stay! I will gladly book with them again in the future, maybe during the summer months next time!! Highly recommend staying in this beautiful house !

This home is exactly as described and I’d definitely book again in the future. It was very walkable to the downtown area with great restaurants/bars. Franny and Luke were incredible hosts and very communicative. Thank you both!

Franny and Luke were phenomenal and responsive hosts. I was experiencing a family crisis during our stay, and Franny was so warm, kind, and understanding throughout. Great space with very comfortable beds, super close to downtown. I hope to visit again under better circumstances.

Property is exactly as advertised. Super clean in a perfect location. Easy access and exceptional communication from host. House is well equipped and comfortable in every way. Located in quiet friendly neighborhood. Short walk to great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend and already looking forward to booking again!

Beautiful, clean, New England house that was a great location for a girls weekend. Nicely decorated and furnished including comfortable beds and seating in living room. There were extra linens and the upstairs bathroom had a nice shower and lots of hooks for towels (I didn't use the downstairs one but it looked nice too). Lots of restaurants, shops, and great ocean views within a mile walk and sidewalks on at least one side of the street everywhere we went. Thanks for the nice stay!

The property was just as advertised. No surprises! Comfortable beds. Plenty of water pressure and hot water for showers. Could use a toaster oven, but everything else we needed was there. Franny was very responsive and helpful when we had questions, about early arrival and where to find things. Not a lot of crazy house rules.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time out on the large front porch. Location was close to downtown, very walkable but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Neighbors were friendly. Franny was proactive, very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Granny and Luke’s place was perfect for our family vacation (6 adults and a dog). The home was well laid out with lots of room to gather. The kitchen was well equipt and the beds were comfortable. The house was close to town, the theater and the beach. Fanny and Luke also provided lots of chairs and other items for the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Loved this house - perfect for our family and dogs. Comfortable and homey space. Very walkable location to town, beach and Perkins Cove - got my steps in! The hosts are terrific- very responsive and helpful. They went extra mile to be sure we were happy and had what we needed. Great neighbors too. Everyone is so kind and friendly in Ogunquit. It was intensely hot some of days in town and home was well equipped with A/C to keep us cool and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is very good within walking distance to everything. Our group of 8 (5 adults, 3 kids) had plenty of room. We especially enjoyed the spacious front porch. The hosts were responsive and answered questions quickly. The house was very clean and has everything you need for your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect! Several restaurants/bars are within walking distance. The home was exactly as described with all amenities available. The beds were comfortable and the configuration was perfect for our family. The home is very clean and inviting. We will definitely consider renting this home again on our next visit to Ogunquit. We loved staying at the Lilac Cottage this past week. It was roomy and cosy and clean - perfect for the family gathering we had planned. Being within walking distance of the main street of Ogunquit and the beach was key. We also loved hanging on the sunny front porch and playing games around the big coffee table in the living room. We would definitely book a second stay should the need arise!
