2BR for 4 in Palmetto Dunes, Near Beach!

We did have issues getting information timely on the check in instructions. However we did book on Sunday for a Tuesday check in. Maybe the spontaneous decision to book on short notice caused this issue.When we arrived at the office there was no information for our reservation for us. We had to wait several minutes for the issue to be rectified. All that being said we had a great trip and would certainly stay again.

It was perfect! Beautiful villa, great location, nice deck for morning coffee or evening drinks and ideal for golfers like us. It was truly an enjoyable stay and our host was extremely thoughtful and communicative.

This was a great place to stay for our vacation! It was so nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as the kitchen and living area. Plenty of space for a family of four. And great to be able to make a few meals. We loved the Palmetto Dunes area. Rented bikes for the week and barely used our car. It was a quick bike ride down to the beach and we often stopped at the General Store on the way back. Bring your own shampoo and soap though, the ones provided were awful. Towels and sheets are thin, but did the job. It was great to have the washer and dryer, especially with beach wear. Swimming pool was very close too and we had fun there as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the unit was amazing! We had to reach out to management because the code in the instructions was not correct. The response time was very prompt. Despite a few cleaning items, the stay was perfect. The pillows and beds were very comfortable. They were accommodating for a late checkout which was much appreciated. We would rent here again as the small negatives were wholly outweighed by the positives.

The rental unit is quite nice and we thought the location was great for access to the resort and the rest of the island. The beach is a short drive or bike ride away. Beds were quite comfortable and the appliances were great, especially the convenience of the new washer and dryer in the kitchen. The deck is large and comfortable. One note, this isn't the most private location due to proximity to the small road within Queens Grant, and the popularity of the lagoon across the street as a walking and viewing route. That said, it is nice to be close to the lagoon to observe water birds and other wildlife. A big plus to this place is the ability to bring our dog - it's super convenient to get in and out of the unit with the dog. We enjoyed our stay!!

We have stayed at a number of properties at Queen's Grant as we have family who lives there and will definitely stay at this unit again. It was spotless upon arrival, furnishings were comfortable and updated and the property management company was communicative and helpful. We brought our two large dogs and two older teens - this was a great layout for our family. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay at the condo! Palmetto Dunes/Queens Grant is wonderful. The condo has every amenity you could need. It was quiet and in a great location. The pool is super close by. Dog and kid friendly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️all around.

I stayed in this location two years ago when it was privately managed. This time, it seemed less personal and more concerned about the rating. There were several “misses” that showed a lack of attention to detail from a broken drawer in the kitchen to a missing kitchen garbage cover to dirty vents and under the beds to poorly fitting as well as cheap sheets.

We had a 10.5 hour drive to HH. We sat in our vehicle to wait until check in. The place was vacant for atleast 30 min prior to 4pm and I was told they would let us know asap if we could check in early. At 4pm on the dot is when I was able to unlock the front door. The floors weren’t very clean, decor was old, shower handle broken, beach umbrella was broken, no information on what tv channels were available, the place was very warm, 77 -78 degrees F and the smallest dish sponge I had ever seen as if it were cut in half. The thermostat would not go lower than 70 and their excuse was that due to the hot weather, others were complaining of the temp indoors also. For the money we paid, we feel like because it’s a popular destination the price made sense. This place wasn’t cozy. I am not sure that we would necessarily return unfortunately.

My wife and i loved the unit that we were in. When we arrived at the development e had a hard time finding the unit. We eventually requested that security take us to the unit. When we did get to the unit we found out that each section of the Queens Grant had a name.

We loved staying here! The place was perfect, with a view of the pond and close to one of the pools! The area is beautiful to walk and scooter around with the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and well stocked. The location on the island is perfect as it is centrally located making it easy to explore by bike. Walking to the beach with much equipment might be difficult. However you can easily drive and park at the Dune House. The only negative for me is the lagoon located directly in front of the deck which is home to alligators. Since I had my dog (an alligator attractor) I was on edge. With that said that is a problem on the island anywhere near a lagoon. If you have a pup never let them near the bank of a lagoon and you will be fine.

Absolutely amazing location - 15-20 min walk to the beach. Ample parking available, which was just as great. Very responsive host. Zero complaints and all the compliments! Served its purpose and then some while we waited for our items/furniture to get to our new home in Bluffton all the way from California. Highly recommend.
