The property was fine. As described. The only concerns we ran into were we had to wait 30 minutes past our check-in time for it to get cleaned and the washer in the dryer do not work very well which for us was problematic with kids and a longer stay. Overall would recommend.

The Airbnb was perfect. It was exactly as described and well equipped for a beach getaway. There were plenty of beach chairs, 2 folding beach wagons for kids, an outdoor shower and plenty of room inside and outside on the patio. The surrounding area was beautiful. There was so much to do right on the property and the local folks gave us great suggestions for which beach to go to and for the local restaurants. the General Store was great and had hot food. The Dunes Beach location was a great place to go for a beach day with access to the beach and a restaurant and facilities. We loved the Dunes Buggy and used it often. It was a quiet getaway with plenty of stuff to do and see. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at Queens Grant in Palmetto Dunes! The 2-bedroom condo was very well decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The kitchen was fully stocked, the space was clean and inviting, and it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the best parts was the easy walk to the beach, which made relaxing and enjoying the area so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Clean. Weather could’ve been better but I forgot to order that lol. Beach is about a 10-15 minute walk. Further than I wanted but the convenience of the place made up for it. Would definitely stay again but I would bring real toilet paper instead of the one ply there.

We really enjoyed our stay here. They had everything we needed. The location was great, nice balance between the activities and marina. Walkable distance to bike rentals. Trolley was very easy to use and picked us up at our door. Beach access was a 5 min bike ride away.

Villa is in a great location with Palmetto Dunes is a great resort with everything being very walkable and/easy to bike to within the resort. The villa is exactly as described and well equipped to help you have a great vacation! Beach wagon was a great surprise and really helped with trips to the beach. The villa is very clean and everything was nice and updated! The only downside I would say is super close proximity to neighbors so if you are looking for an ultra private place, then this place is not for you. We liked that it was centrally located and had easy access to all the resort amenities. Highly recommend!

The villa was just wonderful. So well equipped with top quality kitchen appliances and entertainment features. Location is perfect for all the amenities that Palmetto dunes, Shelter Cove and the shopping plaza has to offer.... which is extensive. Thank you for the owners keeping is lovely villa pet friendly. Seems like everyone who resides in Queen Grant villas has dogs...wonderful. We will definitely be back hopefully this fall.

I've stayed at many units in Palmetto Dunes over the years. This unit is definitely my new favorite, updated appliances and modern and simple decor with no unnecessary clutter. The private patio felt like such a luxury (for someone living in an apartment, taking an elevator to get outside everyday).

We enjoyed our stay. The host was super responsive about picking up our parking ticket for the neighborhood. The condo was so clean and the perfect beach house. We loved being so close to the local bike rental so we could enjoy biking everywhere. We loved staying here and will definitely remember this spot whenever we need a beach fix.

Wow. We had an excellent trip. We had our toddlers with us and the guest bedroom had plenty of room for a pack and play. I love the extra touches such as laundry baskets in each room, wonderful plugs on each bedside table, a makeup mirror in each room, etc. The back patio was lovely in the evenings. The private outdoor shower was perfect for getting sand off after a day at the beach. It was a short walk to the general store, tennis courts and restaurants. We had kids and lots of beach gear so we drove to the Dunes house each morning and there were always plenty of parking spaces. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay overall! We had a hiccup with check-in — the electronic lock didn’t work, so we had to wait for someone to bring a key. That threw off our first evening a bit. The villa was spacious, clean, and just like the photos. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, and there were plenty of towels and extra pillows. We also appreciated the board games and beach gear. The location was great — close to Alexander’s and the General Store. The beach was about a 17-minute walk without gear. With beach gear, it’s probably better to rent bikes or use the Dunes Buggy. Overall, we’d stay here again! A great home base for our first trip to Palmetto Dunes.

For a quick stayover, the villa is great! Super easy to get in and out on a busy weekend. Very simple and cute! Only issue, ZERO cleaning supplies, not even a spray bottle. Only 2 dishwashing pods and 2 laundry pods. I have stayed multiple times in HHI and Palmetto Bluff. This is the only property that had nothing to clean up. Cleaning service should take note all window and mirrors super foggyand filmy!

We provide a starter set of cleaning essentials like dish soap, paper towels, pods, and a sponge—just the basics to get you going. For longer stays or personal preferences, we recommend bringing along any extras you might need. Our team takes pride in fully cleaning the home between guests, including checking windows and mirrors. That said, Hilton Head’s heat and humidity can occasionally cause condensation or a foggy look, but we’ll absolutely double-check our cleaners and protocols to ensure things stay crystal clear moving forward.

The condo was great! All of the furniture, decor and kitchen appliances were very updated. It was the perfect place for two! Because is about a 15-20 minute walk so take advantage of the cart the rental provides. Would highly recommend!

WOW! We were so pleased with our stay at Pearl & Pine in Palmetto Dunes. The Villa itself was spotless and everything seemed brand new. The location was the perfect distance from the beach and night life. The villa was cozy and had a coastal charm to it! It was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay and then some. The bike trails were amazing, and there was so much to do within the resort. My only complaint was that the pools in the Queens Grant neighborhood seemed to be a little run down, and not as nice as others in Palmetto Dunes. However, we ended up walking to all 5 pools in the neighborhood, and found the one closest to Foxhall to be the cleanest and most up to date.

This was our first vacation as a family of four and we had an outstanding time. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. The villa was beautiful and clean. Communication was awesome! We had a question about working the sound on the tv, we were answered immediately. Perfect place to vacation, we look forward to coming back! (One note would be to make sure you bring extra toiletries. Listing does say things are provided, which they are but you will need more. Only 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 small travel size shampoo, 1 laundry pod, 1 travel dishwash soap, etc. Make sure to take stock as you will need to purchase more if staying for multiple days.)

This is a great unit! Fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beach access was an easy 12-15 minute walk. Tennis center was a 10 minute walk. Everything worked seamlessly and the place is pristine! We would absolutely stay here again!
