This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a California king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes two queen size beds, two twin size beds, and a smart TV.

This home also includes two full bathrooms; one with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower, another with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 3 vehicles. Access to this home is via an access road that requires 4WD, AWD, and/or chains in winter. Please do not block neighbors' yards or driveways. Guests must step out of the car to punch in the gate code.
• Stairs required.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras with audio; (1) located above the front door and actively monitoring the driveway, (2) located above the back door and actively monitoring the gate and driveway, (3) above the garage and actively monitoring the driveway.
• Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, odors, or damage beyond normal use.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Pets must not be left alone at the house and are not allowed on furniture. Please pick up pet waste and keep pets on a leash outdoors and in the neighborhood. Please note that the yard is not fully fenced and that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet per night that is not included in your final booking cost. Snow Valley Mountain Resort is a half-hour away with trails for every level and the only chairlift sledding area in Southern California. Just 10 minutes away, enjoy the fun and entertainment at SkyPark at Santa’s Village. Around the holidays, this property transforms into a nostalgic Old-World Christmas in the woods with shopping, dining, and outdoor activities like ice skating. Santa can be found here year-round, even in the summer when professionally designed bike trails and zip lines are a main attraction.

- ARRIVAL TIME: 4:00 PM

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with San Bernardino County’s Good Neighbor Guide and the property management’s rules before finalizing your reservation.

San Bernardino County Code Enforcement and the Property Management will evict unruly guests who blatantly disregard any rules or regulations without a refund. The minimum fine for violating the stated rules is $1000 per violation, $2000 for the second, and $5000 for the third violation. All guests at the time of booking acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, neighborhood rules, and city laws and ordinances.

- OCCUPANCY: Do not exceed maximum occupancy of 8 at any time during your stay. Children are counted in total occupancy. You may not have additional guests during the day. You must be 21 years old or older to book this property.

- PARKING: Street and yard parking is NOT allowed, please park in the driveway or you will be fined $1000 for the first citation and $2000 for each subsequent violation. Your vehicle will be towed at your own expense. Do not block the neighbor’s driveway. Caltrans requires all vehicles to carry chains during the winter months. 4WD or AWD or chains is required during the winter months as this property is off an access road.

- NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

- NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES.

- NO UNAUTHORIZED PET: This home can accommodate up to 2 licensed dogs. Please notify us ahead of time if you plan to bring your furry friend to make the payment. Our pet fee is $35 per night, per dog and MUST be paid prior to arrival. They must be licensed, leashed outdoors, stay off the furniture, and never be left unattended. We supply bags for you to pick up your dog’s waste. Please bring your pet’s bedding for their own comfort. You are responsible for all pet-related damage which is not part of the pet fee.

- NOISE CURFEW: This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. The noise curfew is strictly enforced between 10 pm to 8 am. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7.

- TRAVEL INSURANCE: Please purchase travel insurance, as we do NOT refund for COVID, sicknesses, inclement weather, road closures, power outages, bugs, pollen, etc. Again, there are NO refunds unless you purchase travel insurance.

- WINTER INFO: During the winter months, Caltrans requires all vehicles to carry chains, including 4WD and AWD vehicles. You will need 4WD, AWD, and/or chains to access the driveway as it’s off an access road. The driveway will be clear of snow for your arrival to the best of our ability and street parking is NOT allowed. There are shovels to use for your departure should it snow during your stay. Firewood is not provided. Power outages can occur and are a risk when visiting the mountains. We do not offer refunds for power outages or lack of access due to snow.

- AIR CONDITIONING: Most mountain homes do NOT have air conditioning. Please inquire before you book if it is important to you.

- HIGH FIRE RISK: San Bernardino Mountains is a high-risk area. Fireworks, wood fire pits, improper disposal of cigarette butts, charcoal BBQs are prohibited. You will be fined and/or prosecuted. Please take this seriously.

- WILDLIFE/MOUNTAIN LIFE: Bears, deer, donkeys, mountain lions, racoons, squirrels, mice, rats, spiders, bats, flies, moths, ants, and other wildlife frequent this area so make sure to lock up the property and your vehicle. We utilize pest control services to control pests as much as possible, but they exist in the mountains! We will NOT refund for wildlife in or near the home. Please keep doors closed to keep them from coming inside.

- DAMAGE WAIVER: Your booking includes an Accidental Damage Waiver which covers you for anything seen as accidental. You will be charged for anything seen as neglectful or intentional. It is best to report all damage to us when it occurs so we may correct it for the next guest. Please be respectful of our home and we understand that accidents do happen.

- SECURITY/CAMERAS: This home has a security system, and exterior cameras to ensure your safety. There may be exterior recordings. There are absolutely no interior cameras.

- GUEST SATISFACTION: Grand Welcome inspects every property prior to your arrival. If you have any issues, please contact us so we can handle them when you are here to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. We will make every reasonable effort to efficiently make the repair. If we are alerted to issues after checking out, you will not be refunded so it is important to report them right away.
