What a wonderful week staying at Franny & Luke’s house on Old Orchard Beach. Our family consisted of 8 adults and 6 children under the age of 3! The 7 bedrooms & 5 full bathrooms gave us plenty of space to spread out. The easy access to the beach was perfect so everyone could easily come & go as the littles needed naps. Family dinners were held on the back patio & movie night was held on the third floor. It was a short pleasant walk to town for an occasional breakfast out or an evening ice cream for the kids. The house was spotless with plenty of games & activities for all ages. There was an abundance of beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, toys etc. etc. which we appreciated. It was such a treat to have our entire family together and create lifelong memories! I would definately stay here again.

I was most impressed with the host Franny and Luke texting me and welcoming my family with the information we needed to know about the house and Old Orchard Beach. The proximity of the house to the beach was perfect and the view from the house was as advertised. We have been vacationing up and down the east coast for the past 25 years and Franny and Lukes property stands out in the top five. Ed

This place was perfect for our group of 12. Had the best time and was right on the beach and within walking distance of the pier. Was incredible!

Our stay in Old Orchard Beach was great. The house is an incredible location. Great beach access plus everything you need for time at the beach. Chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon. Very walkable location. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The house layout was great for our family as well. Room to spread out and to gather together. The property had the best grill set up I’ve had at a rental. All in all, a great house with great hosts. Would love to go back.

Our trips to Maine are always memorable. Our stay here was amazing. It provided flexibility for our families to have our own spaces and the kids were able to spread out. They loved the rec room and the literally 10 second walk to the beach. What a great place for our family!

My family and I lived staying here! Great view of the water and you can walk right out to the beach. The house was absolutely gorgeous and spacious to accommodate multiple guests. My family and I will definitely be back! Great experience!!

We had such a great stay here in Old Orchard Beach this past week with our family. Traveling with kids ages 5 to 21 can be a lot, but this Airbnb made everything easy and enjoyable. The house was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. One of the highlights was the variety of games available—there was something for every age group, and not a single complaint from any of the kids. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal for the beach, there were plenty of local recommendations and indoor activities nearby that kept everyone entertained. The location was great, close to the beach and local attractions. The amenities were thoughtful and made our stay even more convenient. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and clearly care about their guests. Overall, we had a blast and made some amazing family memories. I’d absolutely recommend this place, especially for families looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Old Orchard Beach.

The house was clean, very spacious, great for large groups, nicely decorated, modern and comfortable. Quick walk to the beach, lovely ocean views! Would highly recommend this house. Franny and Luke were quick to respond to us and very friendly.

We just returned from an unforgettable week at a stunning beachfront home in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. With 11 adults and one toddler, we were amazed at how spacious and comfortable the house was—everyone had their own room, which made it feel like a true retreat for each of us. The location couldn’t have been better. We were literally steps from the beach, and the views of the ocean from the house were absolutely breathtaking. There were many things to do in the area. We explored a beautiful botanical garden, dined at fantastic local restaurants, and enjoyed the charm of the town. Whether we were out adventuring or relaxing at the house, every moment felt special. Franny and Luke were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our entire group is already talking about returning. If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic, and family-friendly escape, this is it!

We loved this property! We are a large family who usually have slim pickings for our annual gathering due to the size of our group. No problem here. And the location can’t be beat, steps from the beach, walking distance to the pier, quiet neighborhood vibe (at least after Labor Day). This property is modern, spacious, and gorgeous. After 25+ years of annual gatherings, we usually come away from a rental with a list of things we would change to make it better. No such list this year; this was the perfect rental. A rare gem in OOB.

We had a wonderful visit. The home was in the perfect location with lots to walk to nearby north and south. The beach is only steps away and there are views of the ocean from several rooms while laying in bed! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. We can’t wait to return again!

We had the pleasure to stay for a week. Our hosts were very communicative with the check-in process and everything was seamless. The house is amazing with plenty of room for family and friends. The pictures do not do justice. The home offers great views of the Old Orchard Beach. Highly recommend.

Everything was fine and the house was up to the description online. It was not actually directly on the beach, but one house away from the beach, which was different from what I thought. That wasn’t much of a problem anyway, and we had a good view of the water. One problem was that the air conditioner broke during our stay and workers were unable to fix it, despite several hours of intrusion into our time. Then, the owners complained about our using the outdoor shower for a few minutes after our checkout time, despite the fact that we had completely exited the property otherwise.

Everything was great. The house was in a perfect location for the beach and other local amenities. You can walk to everything. The house was amazing with parking for 5 vehicles and the 7 bedrooms were perfect for us, our grown children and 7 grandchildren.

My family had a great time here! Beautiful place, beautiful location - you can walk out the front door and be on the beach in a minute. Our hosts were always responsive and so nice. Great choice if you have a big family and need room to spread out - but I would rent this just for myself too! We made great memories there.

Wonderful! Everything was amazing - the interior is beautifully decorated and all necessities are provided. The house is gorgeous and the layout is great. The view from the third floor is spectacular and we even saw a rainbow over the water! Franny and Luke were super helpful and we’d love to go back. Highly recommend!
