• There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management; availability can vary due to maintenance or outages. Stairs are required if the elevator is unavailable.
• Please note that the elevators are NOT guaranteed to be in working order and there are stairs required if elevators are not working.
• Community laundry available on‑site
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Awesome stay in Hilton Head Resort. Everything we needed for four adults and two babies under one. Love the layout of the condo. Tons of counter space compared to some of the other units. Would recommend and definitely would stay again.

We spent a week here. This placewas perfect with 4 little kids. We booked this place since it seemed a bit rainy when we originally booked and wanted a plan b in case it rained and we had the indoor pool for the kids. The week we were here was absolutely beautiful and used the indoor pool once. My only wish was this place had an outdoor balcony which I knew it didn’t. The beach here was beautiful and was our favorite beach on the island. The grounds were nice and the wagon, cooler, and chairs that they had onsite were well used while we were here. We also liked the location as we were near everything on the island. The walk to the beach wasn’t that bad with 4 kids and had a shuttle if needed. We enjoyed the walk over the marshland.We would recommend this place to others visiting the island.

Overall it was a pretty good stay! The code we were provided at check-in did not work. We contacted the number provided, and were able to access it shortly. However, several days later, we were locked out again and on hold for 30 minutes prior to getting a new code. Very close and walkable to the beach. The beach supplies provided were great- except for the umbrella. Very clean and provided all the supplies we needed for the week!

Don’t go early even though you may get a message because you cannot get in till 4, we had to stand in the hall way with all our stuff till 4 pmIt was somewhat clean. The floors are ceramic and just a swap from a mop does not cleanThey need to be steam cleaned after every family. Are grandson lost hacky sack under bed and behind couch. Those places haven’t been cleaned in months maybe years. The grounds was trashy we never saw anyone cleaning outside at all for a week. I understand it’s hot but keep your grounds nice. It’s nice at the entrance and beautiful but once you get passed that it’s not. We did appreciate the shuttle back and forth to beach because our son had a broken leg so that was a huge blessing. Not impressed with that body of water, it was nasty and murky. The lockers for different condos were spread out ridiculously, fix them under your specific building and everything in it was piled up so you couldn’t get to anything without a struggle, greatly disorganized. We made the best of it but we probably won’t go back.

Great condo with nice amenities. Many restaurants nearby. Wagon and beach supplies provided. Walk to beach was easy and shuttle also provided to those in need. Would definitely stay here again.

Unit was updated, clean, and amenities were great. The unit is small, but that was expected from the description. Plenty of bed space, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and convenient to locations we wanted to visit - it was perfect for our short stay. There are several amenities which we enjoyed - the sauna and steam room were appreciated and the indoor pool was good - the weather was chilly, but our granddaughter still got to enjoy pool time. My husband took advantage of the indoor walking track and weight room also. It's a long walk to the beach, but a very pleasant and easy walk. Laundry room was close by, also. There was plenty of parking and the parking lot is gated. The storage locker was well equipped with beach chairs - we didn't end up using them due to the weather, but we would have otherwise. This particular unit is in the building with the indoor pool, so exterior window views are limited - one in each of the bedrooms which had a parking lot view and the other exterior windows had views of the interior of the building and indoor pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We stayed for a week and found the condo great for our needs! The condo itself is wonderfully accessible right by the elevator while the front patio faces interiorly to a 24/7 indoor covered entertainment area. The resort location is optimal and the boardwalk is a beautiful and easy 1/2 mile walk to the beach. We loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and utensils for cooking! The locker had some beach supplies too which was so handy. It was a great visit and the host went above and beyond to facilitate that with communication, provision of basic supplies, and offered coupons for local restaurants.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely. We have stayed at this complex 2 other times and this one was the best. The unit was clean and nicely designed. It was surprisingly quiet most of the time. We loved walking over the marsh to the beach!

I would give them 6 stars all the way around the board if I could. They made me and my family feel right at home from the start! We plan on booking with them from now on. It never took them longer than 10 minutes to respond to ANY questions we had! The condo was exceptional!! They had books to read at poolside or even beachside while soaking up some sun. They also had plenty of fun family games to play after a day on the beach or at the pool. The poolside restaurant made things even easier!! We sat at the pool quite a few times and had a drink while we were relaxing. Thank you guys!! Keep up the awesome hosting!! We look forward to booking again soon!

We had a wonderful stay! Our goal for our vacation was to relax and we were able to do just that. There is a short walk to the beach along the boardwalk, and there is also a complimentary shuttle at times. The owners were very responsive. The only things I note are that there are not fans in the unit nor a balcony to the outdoors, so if you’re one that likes having fresh air circulating you may want to bring a fan.
