Description

The main living area opens to abundant natural light with a gas fireplace and smart TV with streaming. The primary suite holds a king bed, smart TV, workspace, private patio access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. We had a good stay. The space was laid out well for 6 people and we made good use of the pool and outdoor dining space. The location is very close to the airport which is convenient and the planes fly right overhead. The plane noise didn’t bother us that much but it’s something to be aware of.

Hi - the house was definitely very clean and in a great location. However, there are a few things that keep me from rating it 5 stars. The house was a bit beat up in places, and the door to the master shower/toilet doesn’t close all the way. It is a sliding door that doesn’t fit the opening so there is always a gap. The house is in the flight path of the airport, and the plane noise can be loud. We were there during a heat wave; it was over 100 every day. However, the house manager had programmed the AC to switch back from our setting to 90 at 4pm and again in the middle of the night. We were able to remove the programmed change, but we had no warning this would occur, and it was very hot and took awhile to cool back down.

We stayed here for 11 days in Jan-Feb. It was the perfect place on a quiet street yet very close to a supermarket and several nice restaurants -- and downtown Palm Springs is only 10 minutes away. The house is spacious with comfortable beds and is the best "stocked" house we have ever rented from VRBO. The pool and hot tub were great and we used them every day -- it's really terrific that pool heating is included in the price. The backyard is really nice and private with lots of seating and a BBQ. Communication with the rental agency was outstanding--they really were there to help and responding immediately each time. We would be delighted to rent this house again in the future.

Cozy, fully stocked kitchen, very clean, the pool and hot tub heat up nicely. The host communicated promptly. Albertsons is very close by and downtown about a 10 minute drive. I would definitely stay again!
