• This villa is on the 2nd-floor. There is an elevator in the building; however, it’s operated by the building management and may be unavailable at times for maintenance. Stairs are required if the elevator is out of service.
• The twin bunk bed is in an open alcove and is not a separate bedroom.
• The communal pool is available to guests; managed by the HOA; hours and availability may vary.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

This was a really great property. The location is fantastic. It is an older property, but we'll maintained, nicely decorated, and very clean. The mattress could do with an update, but that's the only dislike we had.

Seaside villas are in a perfect location! Beach is steps away and Erin provided all necessary beach equipment - and the breeze on the balcony was lovely. Plus, numerous great shops and restaurants nearby

Five day stay was terrific. Condo was nice. Pool area clean. Short walk to beach. Added bonus was the wagon to pull stuff to the beach and the umbrella was great for some shade on the beach. Also a short walk to a bunch of shops.

Clean room, but very strong smell of Pine Sol (I hate Pine Sol). It would be better if a less pungent cleaner was used. Had issues with keypad lock - poor instructions (press the checkmark before the code, not after).All else was very good. Great location and amenities.

Great location on the beach. Very clean and perfect for a couple. Having more than 2 people would have been tight quarters. Host was very responsive when I had questions. 2nd time staying at this location when coming to Hilton Head. Just .4 miles to Coligny Plaza and lots of ahops and restaurants.

Condo was nice on inside but blinds on sliding door need repaired. Stairs were dirty needed pressure washing other than that all was good. We had relaxing stay.

Gated access to property to make us feel more safe traveling in a different state. Easy access to the beach and quick walk to the shopping plaza and for dinner. Pool area was kept clean. The apartment was small but clean and stocked with basic beach and cleaning essentials. Plenty of towels sheets and blankets. Love the private balconies to sit and look at the water or read. Only complaint is that the main hallway outside the condo smelled funny. Idk if it was just my floor. Other than that cute place for decent price

Overall, the rental was good. At one point, the power stopped working, the lights were flashing and that was frustrating to us. We were awoken at 4am with the lights flashing. I understand some of those things are out of the owners control but then we felt weird needing to be out of the room during a specific time so that the electrician/power company could come. The bed was also not very comfortable and neither was the couch.

While some outages are out of our control, we always try to resolve them as quickly as possible to minimize the impact on your stay. To clarify, we never asked that you leave the unit, only if we had your permission to enter should you happen to be out during the scheduled service window. Guests are always welcome to remain in the unit if they’re more comfortable being present. Upon arrival unit was stuffy, but everything was very clean. Appliances looked relatively new and worked well. It was difficult to squeeze around the bed as it sits against an angled wall. Poor lighting in bathroom and broken lamp in bedroom. Ceiling fan in bedroom would turn itself on & off one night, flickered a few times and changed fan speed. Closets were cluttered, bedroom closet had no room except to hang a couple shirts. Balcony had way too much furniture clutter and only had room for 1 person to sit comfortably. There was a problem with a lock-out one night, but after dealing with AirBnB via text for quite a while, I requested the local agent call me. Once the local agent was involved, the issue was taken care of quickly. Overall, the unit was clean as was all the bedding & linens which, to me, is the most important part, so 5-star for that.

Great place at a reasonable price! Location, bikes, & beach supplies were biggest positives. It was right off the beach & close to Coligny Plaza, with lots of restaurants (live music) & shops. We loved that they provided 2 adult bikes (we brought kids bikes with us). And our kids really appreciated the bin of sand toys (quite a bit & everything they could possibly want) & 3 boogie boards, umbrella, etc. They also had 2 adult beach chairs, 2 kid/toddler beach chairs, & a couple of beach towels. The only negatives were the checkin instructions didn’t include unit/villa # or code for entrance gate. It would also be nice if they provided code for gate to get back & forth to beach (we had to get this from another resident). They also didn’t provide bike lock code or that your bikes have the room # stickers on them. However, all of this was fairly quickly rectified by calling customer service, who were friendly & helpful.
