Inside, The Tiki House is designed to accommodate up to 28 guests with ease, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The home is flooded with natural light, thanks to large windows that frame stunning lake views. The main living room features a plush sectional and a smart TV, creating the perfect spot to gather for movie nights or to hang out while you play a game of pool nearby. Downstairs, the second living room offers a poker table, board games, and reclining chairs for a laid-back evening of entertainment. The lower and upper apartments each include their own private living spaces, making this home ideal for multi-family trips or groups who appreciate a little extra privacy.

Cooking for a crowd is effortless with two full kitchens and a kitchenette throughout the property. The main house’s first-floor kitchen is the centerpiece, boasting stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and unbeatable views of the lake. This home comfortable sleeps 28 guests between 6 private bedrooms in the main house, as well as 3 additional private bedrooms between the upper and a lower apartments.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, a sitting area, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in glass shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a full size bed, a twin size bed, a sitting area, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in glass shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #5, in the basement, includes a queen size bed, twin-over-full bunk beds, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in glass shower.

Bedroom #6, in the basement, includes a queen size bed and deck access.

Bedroom #7, in the lower apartment, includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #8, in the lower apartment, includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and two twin size trundle beds.

Bedroom #9, in the upper apartment, includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

The main house also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The lower apartment also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in main home.
• Driveway parking available for 8 vehicles.
• Guests do not have access to the garage.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras, (1) located under the eve of the garage and actively monitoring the driveway, (2) located under the eve of the main house and actively monitoring the circle driveway.
• This home is pet friendly, dogs only. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Dogs above 70 pounds must be approved prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny accommodation if the pet's size or weight poses a risk to property or other guests. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day, that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

We require all guests to adhere to the local state laws that require all children under the age of the 12 to be accompanies by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.

We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Dogs only.
Dogs above 70 pounds must be approved prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny accommodation if the pet's size or weight poses a risk to property or other guests.
Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
