Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly cabin designed for together time and easy relaxation. With four private king bedrooms, three full baths, and two additional sleeper sofas, the home works well for multi-family trips or a group of friends.
Gather in the main living areas for movie nights or head to the separate game room for friendly competition at the pool table. Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub, outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill for casual cookouts. Bedrooms include smart TVs for personal downtime, and a laptop-friendly workspace helps you stay organized. A washer and dryer in the home make longer stays simple. Seasonally, you’ll appreciate the cozy gas fireplace (Oct–Mar) and heated bathroom floors on the main and upper levels (Oct–Mar).

When you’re ready to explore, you’re just a quick drive to Pigeon Forge favorites, with riverside paths, amusement rides, parks, and entertainment close by.

Important Things to Note
• This home is not pet friendly.
• Stairs: The home has stairs.
• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. AWD/4x4 may be required in winter months.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to the Smoky Mountains’ rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Wi-Fi extenders are on each level, and a landline phone is provided due to spotty cell service.
• Seasonal amenities: Gas fireplace is available Oct–Mar. Heated floors in the main-level and upstairs bathrooms are available Oct–Mar.
• Pool: Communal, offsite pool access at Honeysuckle Pool & Deli, open Memorial Day through Labor Day; availability and hours may vary.
• Security cameras: Two exterior cameras—one at the corner of the cabin monitoring the driveway, and one above the main entry stairs monitoring the entrance.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

1. Must be 21+ to book.
2. No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
3. Vacation rental use only.
4. Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
5. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
6. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
7. Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted.
8. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
9. Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
10. Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
11. Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
12. Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
13. Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
14. Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
15. Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
16. Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
17. Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
18. Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
19. Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
