Had an amazing weekend get away!! The host was very communicative about check-in, amenities, and check-out. The condo was perfect for seven with plenty of room. It was close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The pool was perfect to get away from the crowds at the beach and right outside the back porch. Overall amazing weekend at the perfect location!

We had a lovely stay at Erin’s airbnb this past week. Check-in/checkout was a breeze. The condo was clean and stalked with basic necessities upon arrival. It was a great location and most of the places we went to were a 5-10 minute drive or walk! Very close to the beach as well! Thank you for having us! Would definitely stay again.

Erin's place at Coligny was exactly as described with ample space for my family to spread out. The pool was a nice and refreshing option to cool off from the heat and humidity. Place was clean with all described amenities in listing. Beach was a few short blocks away, and lots of dining options at the plaza.

The place looked just like the photos! 10 minute walk to the public beach access. It was close to all the popular spots on HHI. The pool was super clean and had no issue accessing it.

The condo was nice, clean, and great proximity to the beach and shops. Also access to the pool was great. That said, compared to most AirBnbs it was missing amenities. The kitchen was bare and didn’t include essentials like oil, foil, and salt & pepper, we had a problem with the AC and it was not handled with urgency, and there were no beach chairs, umbrellas, or a pack and play. We had to buy a lot of stuff once we arrived. Also the parking pass was not in the unit or on the property. Instead I had to drive to an office a few miles away to pick it up. While the management company provided instructions they were difficult to find. It was a good place to stay but did not match the experience I have in most AirBnbs.

Pros: Excellent location with easy walking access to the public beach, and the pool area was lovely and well-maintained. Cons: Be prepared to bring many basic household supplies, including condiments, sugar, trash bags, hand soap, scissors, extra blankets, and similar essentials. The furnishings were functional but had a somewhat generic vacation-rental feel. Overall: We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The location and amenities were great, but the experience would be even better if the unit were stocked with more everyday essentials and had a bit more warmth and character in its furnishings.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this condo. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, the pool was great, and everything we needed was nearby. We especially appreciated that the complex was in a quieter area while still being within walking distance of the main Coligny Beach area, restaurants, and shops. The grounds of the condo complex were beautifully maintained and made the property feel welcoming and relaxing. We enjoyed having easy access to both the beach and the pool throughout our stay. The only minor downside for us was that the closest beach access point did not have a foot-washing station, which made it a little harder to rinse off sand before heading back. However, that’s a very small detail and more of a personal preference than a real issue. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

This condo was perfect for us! It was spotless, had everything we needed, was close to shopping and restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. We want to book again for next year, but two of the days we need are already taken- not surprising since it is really the perfect place to stay.

This townhome is beautiful! Very cozy, welcoming colors and decor. The furnishings are perfect, comfortable sofas, chairs, dining area. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms all updated and everything in the house is well maintained and very clean! Location is perfect, near beach, Sea Pines Resort, bike trails and restaurants and shops. Also very close to golf courses. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was great, near the beach & Coligny circle. Lots within walking distance. Villa is spacious. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the space. Pool looks great but due to cold I wasn't able to use it.

This condo was perfect for our girls weekend getaway at the beach. We were less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and coligny beach downtown area. It was nice and close to bike rentals. The home was well stocked with all of the things you would need on vacation and had plenty of room for 4 adults to sleep comfortably.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing for my bachelorette trip! 6 girls in one space can be a lot but there was plenty of space for us all! Any issues we had, we were able to communicate with Grand Welcome’s team and they were on it super quick! Definitely recommend them for your stay in HHI!

Our family came for a Spring Break beach vacation and had the best time! The condo was SO nice and we felt right at home! There was plenty of space for everyone, very nice and comfy furniture, beautiful view overlooking the pool with direct access off the balcony, and so much more! We had everything we needed including a fully working washer and dryer right inside the unit and a dishwasher. Everything was spotless and the complex was well lit and in a safe area. It's conveniently located right near Coligny Plaza just off Forest Beach Drive. We rented bikes and it was just a short bike ride or walk to all the shops, dining and the beach. We were so impressed and had such a lovely vacation! If i could give more than 5 stars I would! Definitely holding onto the info to rent here again!
