🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking for 1 vehicle in designated spot #1082 ONLY. Parking is permitted in marked spaces only—no parking on pine straw or in the street. Extra cars can be parked in Lot 1 (near the Sea Pines Greenwood Gate) with clearance from Sea Pines Security.
• Sea Pines Gate Entry: A weekly Gate Entry Pass (GEP) fee is required and paid to the resort upon arrival. Casual Weekly Visitor – 2-axle vehicle: $30 per week (cash only). Please display the provided pass on your dashboard or rearview mirror for the duration of your stay.
• During the months of March and April- Sea Pines will be setting up the stands for Heritage Golf Tournament and may cause noise during this time. Your view to the water will also be obstructed. Please see photos in the listing of the stands.
• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management and is typically available; however, any outages are outside our control. Stairs will be required if the elevator is unavailable. Use stairs in case of emergency.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
