Important Things to Note
• Parking: One unassigned spot in the underground garage. On arrival, please park in the 10-minute zone to retrieve the garage keycard and parking pass from inside the unit; passes are in a folder in the unit. Then proceed to the garage.
• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Stairs/Elevator: The building has an elevator. If it’s unavailable due to building maintenance, stairs will be required.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry is located within the building.
• Dining: The Whitebark Restaurant & Lounge is on-site and open to the public.
• Pet policy: No pets are allowed due to a severe owner allergy. If you’re traveling with a service animal, please reach out before booking and we’ll be happy to accommodate you at one of our pet-friendly properties instead.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. Evidence of pets during or after your stay will result in additional cleaning fees.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
