This studio home comfortably sleeps 2 guests with a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Stall parking is available for one vehicle. Please note, this property is located in a community with strict parking enforcement. All vehicles must be registered as instructed. Failure to follow the parking guidelines may result in towing at the guest's expense.
• This is a separate studio unit, fully enclosed and attached to the larger home, Daisy’s Luxury Retreat. While the two units share walls and a roof, they have completely separate entrances.
• These two units are part of a single townhome that has been divided into two separate, fully independent spaces. They share a roof and walls but have no interior connection. The only shared feature is the exterior walkway.
• Portable crib available.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours between 10PM-7AM as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund
Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
Please take your trash out to the dumpsters located to the left of the Clubhouse behind white fence.
At your arrival, please register your parking pass and use the standard version of the website (not the mobile version).
DO NOT back-in park or park on the white lines. The towing company WILL tow your car regardless of the time of day or night so please follow the instructions. Towing of $250+ will be 100% at the guest's expense.
If arriving after hours, please make sure to use the online form for a parking pass ahead of time or register upon arrival, in order to prevent towing.
