Just across the pond, so to speak, and minutes from the home you’ll find Old Lake Davenport, a natural freshwater lake for boating, fishing, and paddle sports. The Northeast Regional Park has a public boat launch site, as well a variety of excursion rentals. This 83-acre park also has tennis courts, handball courts, basketball, soccer, and football fields, as well as paved walking trails and a large playground. There’s an almost unlimited number of things to see and do in sunny Kissimmee, and it all starts right here in Caribe Cove!

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms. The living room also includes a foldaway style cot/bed that can serve as an additional sleeping space for 1.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, TV, balcony access, and Jack & Jill style ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, tub, and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and dedicated workspace.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• The resort clubhouse (which includes the gym, front desk, marketplace, and pool) is open daily, 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
• Security is posted throughout the resort and at the gate daily from 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon check-in at the front desk.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located at the entryway and actively monitoring the entryway hallway.
• Please note: Caribe Cove community does not allow pets of any kind at this property.
The group-friendly accommodations at Caribe Cove Condominiums are located just nine miles from the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort. Other popular Disney attractions lie within 11 miles of Caribe Cove condo rentals, including Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A little further along I-4, you can visit SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando.
