Your fun under the plentiful sun begins in and around your own personal heated inground pool under the screened-in lanai, splashing and playing to your heart’s content. Lounge for hours by the pool, turning the pages of a good book while the barbeque master in your crew whips up a delicious lunch on the grill. Providing serene overlooks of the community reservoir, peace and privacy are in abundance with no neighbors to the rear of the home. As a guest of Emerald Island, you’ll also have unlimited access to the exciting onsite amenities such as a heated swimming pool, nature trails, a sauna, mini golf, a tiki bar, kids’ playgrounds, and multiple sports courts, and that’s just to name a few!

Inside the home, the open floorplan allows enough space for everyone to spread out and find their own private corner while bringing you back together in communal spaces designed for relaxation and connectivity. The cozy living room offers a plush L-shaped sofa to rest your feet while you stream episodes of all your favorite movies on the smart TV. Steps away, the modern kitchen is fully equipped to assist you in preparing meals large or small, with stainless steel appliances, shiny quartz countertops, and ample cabinetry. Dining is made easy between the formal table with seating for 8, high-top stools at the counter for 3, or a smaller dining table with seating for 4. After blissful days filled with adventure, keep the excitement flowing in the garage-converted game room featuring a media room with recliners, arcade games, and a smart TV.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• NO SMOKING allowed on the premises inside or outside.
• Driveway and street parking available for 6 vehicles. An additional $20 fee per vehicle will be required for registration.

• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

• Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable..

• REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BY EMERALD ISLAND RESORT TO AVOID NON-STAYING GUESTS AND THE TOWING OF VEHICLES. There is a $20 fee per car to register your vehicle and receive an access card for up to 1 week stays.

-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

Emerald Island Happy Place is advantageously located with several nearby options for dining and shopping. You’ll enjoy staying just minutes from world-renowned attractions, beautiful beaches, and challenging golf courses. The major Florida attractions are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (10 miles), Epcot (8 miles), Hollywood Studios (7 miles), Animal Kingdom (5 miles), Universal Studios (18 miles), Legoland (32 miles), Margaritaville (4 miles), and Sea World (13 miles)!

For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.
