Dreamers Oasis At Bahama Bay - Sleeps 8!

This resort community offers tons of amenities for the entire family, and when you book a stay at Dreamers Oasis, you can experience all of them and so much more. In a 3-bedroom condo located on the top floor, you’ll achieve seclusion and privacy along with the peace and quiet you’re seeking on a restful vacation. However, when you’re ready to turn the fun up a notch, Bahama Bay and the surrounding Davenport area are ready and waiting. Guests of this community will delight in the onsite amenities such as the scenic pier and sandy beach area, a restaurant and bar, pool, hot tub, splash pad, and competitive shuffleboard and tennis courts. And that’s not even everything! You could fill up every day of your vacation just hanging around the resort, but we suspect you’ve also planned your trip around the nearby theme parks, and the good news keeps coming in that they are only a 20 to 30-minute drive from your front door depending on which one you’re visiting.

Inside the home, you and your family will delight in the Disney-themed décor, changing from room to room. The owners have even designed a secret Disney scavenger hunt for you to complete once you’re settled in! Sorry – no spoilers here. A cozy living room provides ample sofa seating and a large, mounted smart TV for streaming your favorite movies and shows. Step out onto the screened-in balcony to take in some fresh air and lovely views of the surrounding complex. A table and chairs for 6 also offer an attractive option for al fresco dining. Back inside you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with all major appliances, drip coffee maker, toaster, a toaster oven, and a full suite of cookware and dining ware for when the group requests a home cooked meal. You can seat all of your guests between the kitchen counter high-top stools for 4 and gather around the formal dining room table with room for 8.

This home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a full over full bunk bed and smart TV in a Moana-themed room.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, private balcony with table and chairs, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The room has been styled in a Lion King theme.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, main balcony access, desk, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The room has been styled in a Jungle Cruise theme.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Private full sized washer and dryer are located in the laundry room.
- This home is a three story unit.
- Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes will be supplied at the gate.
- In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.
- We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay.
- Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

This home is located in Bahama Bay Resort, a prime location with all the major theme parks being a quick drive away; Walt Disney World (7.6 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (10.4 miles), Universal Studios (20.5 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22.1 miles), and SeaWorld (16.7 miles). Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away.

Being a guest of the resort gives you access to the private clubhouse, bar, and spa! It’s easy to be active around the property with community heated pools, hot tubs, basketball, playground, splash pad, tennis courts, and an onsite restaurant. Steps away on the sandy shore of Lake Davenport you can lounge on the beach, play a game of volleyball, dine alfresco, and go fishing off the docks. There is something for everyone to enjoy!

For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
