Located in sunny Kissimmee, this corner unit townhome is centrally located to a plethora of exciting amenities, with all major Orlando theme parks within less than a 15-minute drive. But with so much to offer at home, you may not even want to leave! A spacious, shaded lanai with a pool and lounge seating will delight groups of all ages and provide endless hours of fun. Enjoy your morning coffee in the outdoor dining set with seating for 5, also ideal for taking your meals al fresco while enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. A grassy area on the right side of the home provides additional space to spread out and play a game or two in the fresh air.

Inside the home you’ll find open spaces illuminated by natural light courtesy of the plentiful windows throughout. Luxurious furnishings are accented by industrial mod décor, providing a fresh, modern look and feel. When you find yourself with some needed downtime, two separate living rooms, one on the main level and the other in the loft, offer plush sofa seating and smart TVs – there will never need to be an argument over what to watch. On the main level, a formal dining area offers seating for 6 with an additional 4 high-top barstool chairs steps away at the kitchen counter. A fully equipped kitchen features rich, dark cabinetry with stainless steel appliances, with drip coffee maker and all the cookware and dining ware needed to prepare delicious home cooked meals.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedrooms #4 and #5 both include 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.

The home also includes 3 additional guest bathrooms – a full bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower, another full bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo, and a half bathroom located in the lanai.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking lot spaces are available for up to 4 vehicles on a first-come, first served basis.
- Pet friendly! Maximum of 2 pets allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be applied after booking. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after them.
-This home sleeps 2 additional guests on a Queen-Sized Air Mattress. Please verify with us before check in if you plan to use this additional sleeping amenity during your stay.
- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.

- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

This home is located in Windsor at Westside, a luxurious gated resort that offers an exclusive vacation experience. Guests are welcome to enjoy a lengthy list of amenities including a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, a lake, and pier, a community pool with a waterslide, a lazy river, and a kid's water playground. There is also a fitness center, tennis court, volleyball court, sweet shop, bar and lounge, kids center, and arcade - all onsite! Our community has implemented updated security and access procedures. Gate codes have been permanently deactivated, and all guests must now stop at the Tripoli Ct. guardhouse upon arrival. Access is granted with a proxy card, which will be issued upon presentation of a valid ID and booking confirmation (including property address and stay dates). A one-time $20 vehicle use fee will apply per vehicle starting August 1, 2025 . Each home has a maximum number of allowed vehicles, Any additional vehicles must be parked off-site. These new procedures are designed to enhance security and ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

Beyond the benefit of resort amenities, this location provided guests with convenient access to all the major theme parks. An endless list of shopping and dining is also mere minutes from the property!

'- This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
- Always observe quiet hours after 9 PM, as there are neighbors close by.
- If you are bringing a pet - please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. An additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 will be applied after the booking is complete. A maximum number of 2 pets can be brought to this property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet.
- A 3-burner BBQ rental delivery is available at $115 or a 4-burner grill at $125 per week for your stay - the service is not included within your reservation rate. Please contact our Customer Care Team before your arrival to initiate the request.
- $24/night to heat the pool. Please let us know 24 hours in advance. We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April. If the temperature falls below 50 degrees, the heating unit may not heat the pool adequately and may shut down. The pool will only heat approximately 10-15 degrees above the outside temperature during the cold months.
