This home sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms, each with a distinctive theme that your family will love. Harry Potter, Cruella de Vile, the creativity and magic are endless!

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has 2 twin size beds and a smart tv.

Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- While visiting our community, please be aware that each home has 2 exterior parking spaces and OVERNIGHT PARKING ON THE STREET IS NOT ALLOWED. You will find additional parking available at the clubhouse, available on a first come, first served basis. The HOA is VERY strict and tows daily - the fee for towing is $250. Please call us with any questions on this important detail!
- A private grill can be rented for $95 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
- Pool maintenance is performed every Wednesday by a licensed professional. This day can not be changed to accommodate guest stays. The pool maintenance professional enters through the outdoor pool enclosure screen door. Please do not lock this door. Day of week will only change due to extreme inclement weather.
- Trash is serviced by a responsible neighbor is paid to move the trash & recycling bins to and from the driveway on the correct days. Please do not move the outdoor bins.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

The property is located in Tuscan Hills, an idyllic private gated community that offers a tennis court, children’s play area and sand volleyball court. All are centrally located by the clubhouse, which is equipped with a lounge area, complimentary wi-fi, gym and outdoor patio area. Ideally located 9 miles from Disney, 6 miles to Margaritaville and 10-15 minutes from major shopping centers.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass or street, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
Any notice of pets within the unit will result in a fine.
