The play continues inside, where the upstairs living area is furnished with ample seating, and large screen smart tv. Bedrooms are delightfully Disney themed, plus magical décor and additional comforts are sprinkled throughout for an extra luxurious retreat. Onsite resort amenities promise a grand stay, and it's just a 15-minute drive to the world-famous Disney theme parks!
The home’s main level includes an open concept area with casual living space and kitchen. Perfect for group hang outs, plush couches face a smart tv where you can watch movies ahead of meeting your favorite characters at Orlando’s famed parks. Lofty ceilings and large windows keep the space feeling open even as your group fills the room! Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and all the cookware you’ll need to make convenient meals at home. A large kitchen island has 4 barstools for quick bites to eat, while a dining table with seating for 8 offers a space to share family-style meals.
This home sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 is on the first floor, making it very accessible for guests that prefer avoiding stairs. It has a king size bed, smart tv, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower
Bedroom #2 located on the first floor, has a queen size bed and smart tv.
Bedroom #3 has a twin bed, twin/twin bunk bed, and a smart tv.
Bedroom #4 also features a twin bed, twin/twin bunk bed, and a smart tv.
Bedroom #5 has a king size bed and a smart tv. This room also has an ensuite bathroom, the largest in the home, with dual sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

The home has 3 additional bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo.
1 assigned parking space is provided. An additional unassigned parking space is available.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Paradise palms community is an 11-minute walk to the club house (where communal pool is located etc)
A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
Hot tub is always heated. However, the private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.
Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
This property is located in the highly coveted Paradise Palms Resort, a luxurious community with endless amenities for you to enjoy. Guests are welcome to the outdoor clubhouse pool with waterfall and splash pad, hot tubs, poolside bar and grille, free movie theater, arcade, fitness center, sauna, and sports courts. An exceptional array of restaurants and shopping is nearby including Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex with nightly live music, artisan markets, and popular retailers.
All the great hallmarks of an Orlando trip are within striking distance. Disney World is 15 minutes away, and Universal Studios can be reached in 30 minutes. Other great attractions near Kissimmee include SeaWorld, Gatorland, and Kissimmee Old Town.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
