This beautiful 4-bedroom home is located in the Regal Palms Resort, a private gated community that offers a list of desirable amenities that will take your trip to the next level. Guests of the resort are welcome to enjoy the onsite pool, lazy river, waterslide, hot tub, gym, indoor bar, outdoor tiki bar, ice cream shop, pool table, arcade, children’s playground and more!
All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Resort fees are due during check in. These fees are $22.50 per night per unit, this will give your family access to the amenities, fitness center, gate pass and a parking permit for their vehicles.
There is no street or grass parking. If any vehicles are found even a tiny bit on either one, security will stop by to tag the vehicle. After an hour of being noticed that is when the towing company will come out to remove the vehicle.
Framed by luscious palm trees, this home features an open-concept living area on the first floor with a private walk-out patio. The cozy living area has a large sectional couch to fit your entire family, perfect for movie nights using the room’s smart tv. The fully equipped kitchen is steps away where guests can use the stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and ample counter space to prepare easy snacks and meals at home. A coffee maker, blender, and toaster are all provided for your convenience, and you have plenty of space to dine between casual barstool seating and the formal dining table.
This home sleeps 8 guests in 4 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 has a creative Finding Nemo theme, 2 twin size beds, and a smart tv.
Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and smart tv.
Bedroom #4 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Washer and dryer in unit.
- 2 parking spaces available in the driveway.
- All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Please Note: A mandatory Resort Fee of $22.50 per night, per unit is due directly to Regal Palms Resort at check-in. This fee grants access to community amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, as well as on-site parking.
Note: If you made your reservation on or after July 15, your resort fee has already been included in the total. Guests who booked prior to July 15 will still need to pay the resort fee upon arrival.
- There is no street or grass parking. If any vehicles are found even a tiny bit on either one, security will stop by to tag the vehicle. After an hour of being noticed that is when the towing company will come out to remove the vehicle.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
Outside of the resort, there are several options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8-miles away. The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.
The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (14 miles), Epcot (14 miles), Hollywood Studios (12 miles), Animal Kingdom (11 miles), Universal Studios (23 miles) and Sea World (18 miles)!
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.

Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
