Unforgettable Florida memories will be made in your pool area, made completely private by colorful walls and a screened covering. Soak up the sun from seating arranged around the water, or relax on the shaded patio with outdoor dining set where you can keep an eye on all the action.
The home’s main level includes an open concept area with cozy living space and kitchen. Perfect for group hang outs, plush couches face a smart tv where you can watch movies ahead of meeting your favorite characters at Orlando’s famed parks. Ample dining space is provided between the formal dining table, breakfast nook, and barstool seating, all of which you’ll pass on your way to the fully equipped kitchen. Here, guests can make use of stainless-steel appliances, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and blender to prepare convenient meals and snacks at home.
This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and tv.
Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo and dual vanities.
Bedroom #3 has a twin/full bunk bed with a twin trundle
THINGS TO NOTE: Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable.
The home has an additional shared bathroom with walk-in shower.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.
- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.
Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to . 1 parking pass is provided. All guest names must be submitted to us for entry to this community. -In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community. -Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
This property is located in the highly coveted Paradise Palms Resort, a luxurious community with endless amenities for you to enjoy. Guests are welcome to the outdoor pool with waterfall and splash pad, hot tubs, poolside bar and grille, free movie theater, arcade, fitness center, sauna, and sports courts. An exceptional array of restaurants and shopping is nearby including Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex with nightly live music, artisan markets, and popular retailers.
All the great hallmarks of an Orlando trip are within striking distance. Disney World is 15 minutes away, and Universal Studios can be reached in 40 minutes. Other great attractions near Kissimmee include SeaWorld, Gatorland, and Kissimmee Old Town. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.
This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs. Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants. Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed. Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by. Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.

Our stay was amazing! The kids were comfortable and so much room to be themselves ! I loved it even more that our 1yo had an amazing time. The house was kid friendly and accommodating with a high chair, pool fence, and baby gate for the stairs. Definitely would stay here again!

Overall, we had a good stay. The beds were comfortable, the private pool was a great bonus, and we really enjoyed having access to the community pool and gym as well.
The night we checked in, we noticed a large wet spot in the carpet at the top of the stairs that stayed damp for a couple of days. We weren’t sure what caused it, but the host was responsive and had someone come out the next day. The back screen door also came off its track that first night, and that issue was addressed quickly as well.
We did find some food left in the bottom of the trash can from previous guests. When we brought it to the host’s attention, they said they would make sure their cleaners addressed it. For those who like to sleep in a cooler room, it’s also worth noting that the thermostat couldn’t be set below 70 degrees.
Despite those issues, we enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to reach, quick to respond, and the amenities made for a relaxing trip.

Dette var andre gang vi bodde på Paradise Palms Resort. Under dette besøket leide vi en litt mindre bolig hos Christina og Jay. Vi er veldig fornøyd med området og trives godt der. Imidlertidig kunne vegg til vegg teppet i trapp og soverom ha vært fjærnet, da det opplevdes skittent, slitt og ikke vennlig for allergi og astmatikere. Kjøkken var velutstyrt, selv om vi bare brukte det til frokoster. Vi setter veldig stor pris på å få leie i et trygt, godt og vennlig miljø i Paradise palms 🥰

We enjoyed our stay. The private pool in the back patio really is a nice addition. I do recommend adding the heat to the pool. I also really appreciate all of the little touches for kid safety like the additional slide lock on the door to the back patio, the mesh fence around the pool with the latches. The door handles all have protective covers too. I had one issue with the sliding door being off track. I spoke with the property team on site about it but it didnt get resolved while we were there but hopefully will be fixed for the next family. But really, I wouldnt say we had any other major issues.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The pool was clean. It's located in a gated community with security and many cool amenities.
Good location - it takes around 15-20 minutes to get to the Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom.
The carpet on the stairs could be deep cleaned as it has some stains. In general, the house is clean and very spacious, but is getting outdated (spotted stairs carpet, living room furniture).
Also, the princess bedroom is located downstairs, while 2 other bedrooms (the blue one and the master bedroom) are located upstairs.
I didn't receive the code for Smart Check-in (I was supposed to receive it 2 hours before the check-in time), so I had to contact their team. They responded fast and sent us the code.
PS: I recommend getting your own trash bags as the ones provided were very flimsy (regular plastic bags, no strings).
