Description
Each guest has space to relax in the shared living spaces, while the open concept layout allows the whole group to remain together. While some choose to lounge on the spacious sectional couch with a movie on the smart tv, others can be enjoying a snack at the kitchen counter. The cook of the group can visit while also making use of the stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and toaster. Meals at home can be shared at the dining table for 5 or perhaps poolside in your screened-in pool and patio area.
This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 is furnished with a queen size bed.
Bedroom #3 has 2 sets of twin size bunk beds, colorful linens, and subtle design touches featuring favorite characters like Mickey Mouse and Goofy.
The home shares an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
-2 parking spaces are provided.
-Washer and dryer in unit.
- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.
- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.
Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
-We are only able to provide a limited supply of essentials such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other toiletries to get you started for the first couple of nights. For the remainder of your stay, we kindly ask that you bring any additional supplies they may need.
-In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
-Due to an unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
This home is less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and just up the road from restaurants and major stores at modern shopping complexes like Sunset Walk. In addition to the fun you’ll have on property and exploring Disney parks, other nearby attractions include Sea World, Universal Studios, Lake Kissimmee State Park, and The Kennedy Space Center, all within easy reach.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.
This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
