Welcome to Sunrise in Kissimmee, a 4-bedroom townhome with an especially attractive location just steps away from the community heated pool. This modern home is located in Summerville Resort, a community of luxury condominiums less than 10 minutes from Disney World with additional amenities including clubhouse, fitness center, kids' playroom, and outdoor playground. The location cannot be beat! Unless you are staying in Disney, you cannot get closer!

The condo itself is literally steps out the door to the heated pool complete with water features and a hot tub.
Inside the home, an open concept floor plan has space for you whole group to relax and unwind. The living area is comfortably furnished with couches and DirecTV/SmartTV where you can watch Disney movies ahead of meeting your favorite characters at the actual park. Sliding glass doors open onto a private patio where you can enjoy leisure time outdoors. Lounge chairs provide a space to kick back, while a grill and outdoor dining table offer an area to enjoy some dinner al fresco.
Back inside, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, blender, and toaster for convenient meals at home. 4 barstools line the kitchen counter where casual breakfast or morning coffee can be shared. The dining table has seating for 7 guests to gather for formal meals.
This home sleeps 9 guests in 4 private bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms are similarly furnished, each with a king size bed, and DirectTV/Smart tv. The final bedroom is furnished in a Mickey Mouse theme with Full/full bunk bed and a twin size bed plus DirecTV/Smart TV.

The home shares an additional half bathroom downstairs in the kitchen
Parking space provided for 4 vehicles. One space is dedicated to the unit.
Washer and dryer for guest use in unit.
- A private grill can be rented for $95 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
