Upon entry, you’ll immediately tap into vacation mode with the nautical decor and furnishings found throughout the home. Turn on Radio Margaritaville and make your way to the kitchen to start mixing up your favorite beverage with the high end Margaritaville Blender. After you have your drink in hand, make your way to the living room and sit back on the cozy couch to take it all in; your own slice of paradise. Or perhaps you will take it to your private hot tub?? This life is yours to decide!

The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you may need to whip up one of your signature dishes for fellow guests. Enjoy your meal together at the dining table for 4 or bring the party outside to enjoy dining alfresco!

The private cottage sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 suite-style bedrooms, and a sofa sleeper. Each room is fully furnished with beachy decor and crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

Bedroom #1 on the first floor offers a King bed, TV, and ensuite. The ensuite is well equipped with a stand-up shower and is accessible from the living area. Access the spa directly through these doors for a late night, or early AM dip!

Bedroom #2 on the second floor has a King bed, TV, and its own ensuite with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.

- Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your vehicle for the HOA to advise us.

- Guests of this home do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities.

-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to on-site restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows, to name a few! To ensure every member of the family gets their perfect vacation, you can also find an on-site playground for the kids and a designated dog park for your beloved pets. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is .6 miles away and a quick walk. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The SunsetWalk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
