Captivating Captiva - Heated Pool, Near Disney!

Take advantage of a well-stocked fitness center, show off your skills at the miniature golf course or head out for beach volleyball under the tropical sun. There’s also a kid-friendly waterpark, with grand fountains and splashy water slides.

Mingle with other vacationers at the outdoor community pool, surrounded by comfy loungers and shady umbrellas. For a more intimate time, the villa features an open deck with a private pool. Day beds make for a relaxing siesta, while an al-fresco table for 6 is ideal for hearty family meals.

Back inside, the living room offers warm, contemporary interiors with a L-shaped couch, perfect for unwinding before the smart TV. Large windows open onto an airy patio.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with glossy granite countertops and modern stainless-steel appliances. Additional items including a coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, wine and cookware are available for everyday use. The extended countertop with barstools sits 4, and is perfect for evening cocktails, while the indoor dining area for 8 comes with relaxing views of the pool.

Captivating Captiva a family-friendly holiday home in every way. Its 4 bedrooms sleep 8 guests, 2 of which are specially designed for the kids.

Located on the first floor, bedroom #1 features a queen-size bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2, on the second floor, is the master, complete with a king-size bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 – The kids clubhouse!!! Also on the second floor, out bursts Mickey Mouse inspired décor, twin beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4, To infinity and beyond on the second floor! This room features twin beds, a smart TV and bright Toy Story designs. The adjacent bathroom is provided with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Loft smart TV in unit.
- A washer/dryer is available for guest use.
- Ample Parking is available onsite.
- An additional half bathroom is located next to the pool.
- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Set minutes away from a slew of attractions, Captivating Captiva could not be better located. A myriad of restaurants, bars and cafés surround the property, while a short drive will take you to the iconic Walt Disney World Parks and Universal Studios.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
