Grand Getaway at Bahama Bay - Penthouse life

This home is a penthouse unit, meaning you get top floor views and a quiet stay without noise from upstairs neighbors. The living space features a large sectional, smart tv, board games, pool views and access to the first screened-in balcony. Step onto the balcony and instantly feel calm with the lush green trees swaying in the Florida breeze.

Back inside, a bright kitchen provides everything you need to whip up some delicious dishes from home. Additional kitchenware such as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender is available for your convenience. The eat-in kitchen counter has 2 barstools for casual dining. For more formal meals together, a gorgeous rattan dining table for 6 is steps away.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 3 bedrooms. Each space is fully furnished with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Bedroom #1 is furnished with 2 full size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The screened-in balcony offers seating for 2.

Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart TV, screened balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The screened balcony is spacious and hosts quaint dining furniture.

- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.

The home is in the Bahama Bay Resort, a prime location with all the major theme parks just a quick drive away: Walt Disney World (7.6 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (10.4 miles), Universal Studios (20.5 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22.1 miles), and SeaWorld (16.7 miles).

Being a guest of the resort gives you access to the private clubhouse, bar, and spa! It’s easy to be active around the property with community heated pools, hot tubs, bocce ball, playground, splash pad, tennis courts, and an onsite restaurant. Steps away on the sandy shore of Lake Davenport you can lounge on the beach, play a game of volleyball, dine alfresco, and go fishing off the docks. There is something for everyone to enjoy!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hours requested. This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
