Breezy Day at Bahama Bay - Near Theme Parks!

The living room is furnished with a TV and ample seating with one couch doubling as a sofa sleeper if needed. Here, guests have access to the outside balcony with a protective screen and patio furniture - a soothing space to enjoy a morning brew or evening drinks and hors d'oeuvres.

Back inside, the kitchen is well equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you may need to whip up a delicious meal from home. The eat-in kitchen via the extended counter has barstool seating for a casual bite or steps away, a dining table for 6 is ideal for formal group dining.

The home sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Each room is fully furnished and offers crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a queen bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and TV.

Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds and a TV.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This home is a second story unit accessible by stairs only.
- There is an additional shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Parking is provided.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.

Guests have access to all outdoor resort amenities including pools, hot tubs, beach area, pier, and recreational courts.
Access to the clubhouse building and all indoor amenities (including fitness center, business center, and front desk services) is NOT included.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hours requested. For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
