This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed, a twin XL-size trundle, a sitting area, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This home is a lower-level, walk-down unit with 16 steps required.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles, passes will be provided in the unit upon arrival. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.
• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Portable crib provided.
• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

HOA RULES:
• NO DUALLY TRUCKS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
• NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES WITH SIGNAGE PERMITTED.
• DO NOT BACK INTO PARKING SPACES.
• No bumper or hitches can be extended over the sidewalk.
• Parking pass must be filled out and displayed in vehicle(s) at all times throughout your stay. Guests are subject to fines if the completed pass is not displayed.
• No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes tool boxes, kayaks.
• No over-size vehicles.
• No trailers other than boat trailers.

- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
