I came here with 8 of my best friends, including one of their toddlers and our dog, and we had the best time! It was a beautiful house that we enjoyed spending relaxing afternoons in. Being right on the beach made for incredible sunrises, and we had bonfires at night. The property was beautiful in the fall and we came at just the right weekend for foliage. Franny was very responsive in making sure we had what we needed! We already want to plan another reunion at this house - it was perfect!

Franny and Luke are great hosts. They were very proactive for both checkin and checkout and ensured we had all we needed while there. This is a great location right on the beach with a phenomenal view (especially sunrise).

Franny and Luke were amazing hosts and their property was gorgeous, well appointed, and perfectly fit our 7 people. The proximity to the beach was perfection, hearing the waves from the living room was such a treat. Gorgeous home and great hosts.

We had a lovely stay at this property at the end of August. The house is the perfect distance from the beach. The beach runs for a few miles and is great for walks. There is a lifeguard chair not far away. In the other direction, there are huge rocks that are great for tidal pools but beware of them at high tide. The house was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Location-wise, it was about a 10-15 drive to restaurants in Saco and its cooler twin, Biddeford. We had an easy day trip into Portland as well. Overall, it was a great stay. The only thing I would change is the shared shed and path in the backyard, since we were so relaxed it was a little startling to see people passing by so close.

Nice house with amazing access to the beach and beautiful views. Very responsive and helpful owners, I loved the nice touches they provided. This is an older home and so not a lot of updates have been done but no repairs are needed.

We had such a great stay! I must have not read the description carefully because I was surprised that there were technically three homes on one property with shared parking but I believe both the other homes were occupied while we were there and I only saw one group as we were packing up the car to leave. It still felt very private which was important to us. The location is perfect - accurately just a few short steps to the beach. Several spots to hang out in the backyard and an outdoor shower for when you get back from the beach. The inside of the house was pristine and extremely comfortable. Best of all, our hosts were extremely communicative and proactive making sure we had settled in okay and didn’t need anything. I’d highly recommend this property!

The beach house was located steps from the beach. It was perfect for our family vacation and was exactly what we were looking for! We would definitely stay there in the future!

The home was as described. However, I feel the photos make it look smaller than it is. The living room was large with plenty of space for everyone. The home and especially the kitchen were well stocked with everything we needed and more! The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh. Franny and Luke were very rapid to respond with communication and were excellent hosts. The location was perfect and a quick walk down to the beach on the backyard path. Highly recommend this home and hope to return in the future.

This place worked out great for 2 families to have a weekend get together. Everything was easy from check in and there were some cute little "Maine" gifts for us when we arrived. We knew ahead of time that there were 2 other cottages on the property and normally don't prefer that type of set up, but we loved the location on the beach so we decided to go for it. There was someone staying in the closest house to us, but we only saw them in passing and with the exception of 1 bedroom that looks out onto their backyard, we never even noticed they were there. The house itself feels like old school Maine - beautiful wood and lots of windows. Could use some updating in spots, but it's also part of it's charm. Nice big dining table for all of to sit around for meals or games. We loved being able to take a short walk down to the beach anytime. As hosts Franny and Luke were very communicative and helpful without being overbearing. We would definitely recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Everything was clean. The home is so cozy and close to everything we wanted to do. Location, location, location - you can’t beat this one. We had the best time walking the beach in the morning and evening. It was very private and peaceful.

This house was perfect for a family get away. A galley kitchen with plenty of room to prepare meals. The diningliving room is open facing the beach with a great little deck for morning coffee. The house has 4 bedrooms. Each one was stocked with plenty of blankets and towels. We brought our two small dogs and we were able to have plenty of room for them to get walks in around the side of the property. The shed was loaded with everything you would need to take to the beach as well. This house is set up for families including infants. They had everything you needed!! Franny and Luke were wonderful hosts, very attentive and answered our questions right away. We definitely want to return to this property. We had a relaxing wonderful stay.

We all had a wonderful stay at the Bayview Beach House. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for our group (6 1 Labrador Retriever). Checking in was a breeze and Franny and Luke were super responsive to our questions.The house was great, but the location is what truly put it over the top. With spectacular views of the sunrise over the ocean and just steps to the beautiful beach, which we walked on each day. It is a short drive to Old Orchard Beach, but far enough away so you don’t hear the hustle and bustle. Also, it’s just down the road from Garside’s, our favorite ice cream stand.

Great location and space for a family get away of 10. The hosts, Franny & Luke were so helpful and attentive with all of our questions. Everything was cleaned and was supplied with plenty of amenities in the kitchen, coffee station and bathrooms. On the main road but tucked away and on the beach. We can't wait to go back!

My family stayed here for Fourth of July and couldn’t have been happier with our selection. The house is well appointed, clean and spacious. The views are breathtaking, and the walk to the beach was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

I have only positive things to say about our stay. The house is spacious (plenty of room for us 5 adults), clean, and well appointed. The beach is beautiful…and so wide at low tide. We spent our days walking on the beach or reading on the back porch (from which you can see the beach and feel the breezes). The hosts are friendly and welcoming and respond very quickly. Groceries and a yummy bakery are very close. The area is quintessential coastal Maine…wonderful!
