This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a semi-private sleeping area with a twin size bed and a Smart & cable TV, and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a Smart & cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and a Smart & cable TV.
This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site.
• This home is pet friendly. Up to 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."
• Stairs required.
• The home is equipped with a stroller.
