Just beyond, a covered and screened-in deck provides the ultimate lakeside lounging space, complete with a dining table for six and extra comfortable seating—ideal for lingering dinners or afternoon reading. Head down to the lowest deck near the water and gather around the firepit—perfect for cozy evenings. Back inside the house, a second living space in the basement offers even more room to spread out, with a large sectional sofa, wet bar, fireplace, and table for four, plus walkout access to a mid-level deck with more cozy seating. With amenities like a Blackstone griddle, grill, board games, and direct lake access from a private dock outfitted with water toys, this home is designed for experiencing Lake Ozark the way it was meant to be—relaxed, refreshed, and right on the water.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (accessible via the hallway) with a single vanity and a jetted shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (shared with Bedroom #3) with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes queen-over-queen bunk beds, a couch, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #2.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• The boat slip on the dock is not available for guest use and will have the owner’s boat occupying it during all guest stays.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Available parking: One dedicated parking spaces are available in the garage, with additional street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The dock is equipped with a paddle boat, kayak, and floating water mat for hours of lakefront enjoyment.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras;
o (1) located on the house above the garage and actively monitoring the driveway,
o (2) located at the front door and actively monitoring the entrance,
o (3) located on the back of the house and actively monitoring the dock.
• This home is equipped with an additional security camera inside of the garage actively monitoring the entrance from the garage into the house.

There are also several shops, restaurants, and bars in the Village, making it a great place to spend an afternoon or evening.
