Settle into a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo designed for easy vacation living. The open living area offers plenty of seating and a full-size sleeper sofa for extra guests, plus convenient WiFi and a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office. Step outside to an outdoor seating area for fresh-air lounging. You’ll also have in-home laundry, and access to community amenities including a pool and tennis courts. With beach access within Sea Pines and Harbour Town just a short drive away, this is a great home base for relaxing or exploring the island.

• Bathroom 2 (Hall): Single vanity, shower/tub combo
Important Things to Note
• Third-floor condo; there is no elevator, so stairs are required.
• Community amenities: Pool and tennis courts are available to guests.
• Parking for up to 2 vehicles in designated lot spaces only. No parking on pine straw or in the street.
• Extra cars may be parked in Lot 1 (near the Sea Pines Greenwood Gate) with clearance from Sea Pines Security.
• A Sea Pines Gate Entry Pass is required: $30 per vehicle per week, cash only, purchased at the front gate upon arrival. The pass must be displayed on your dashboard for the duration of your stay.
• Pets: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $150 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.
• Washer and dryer are located in the home.
• WiFi is provided.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.

We may inspect at any time for rule violations.

If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees.
