Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Full size sleeper sofa in the living room for two additional guests.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

. This unit is located on the third floor (No Elevator)
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available. Parking allowed in designated parking spaces only.
• Community Pool & Tennis Court available for guest.
• Parking is not allowed on pine straw or in the street. Extra cars can be parked in Lot 1 (near Sea Pines Greenwood Gate) with clearance from Sea Pines Security.
• Please note that there is a weekly Gate Entry Pass (GEP) fee per vehicle paid to the resort upon arrival: Casual Weekly Visitor – 2-axle vehicle: $30 per week (cash only) - provided car pass must be displayed on all vehicle dashboard(s) during your stay.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $150 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
