This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds.
This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking for 1 vehicle in a marked spot in front of the unit. Additional vehicles may park in any available unmarked space around the complex.
• BBQ grill is communal and shared among the complex, not private to the unit.
• Another condo is available for rent in the same complex—perfect for larger groups or added convenience.
• This unit does not come with a boat slip. Guests may call the Eleven West office to inquire about renting a slip or trailer parking. Slips are not guaranteed and are first come, first serve.

We recommend Children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
We require all guests to adhere to the local state laws that require all children under the age of the 12 to be accompanies by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.
Pet rules are as follows:
• We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
• We allow a maximum of 1 pet per stay. Dogs only.
• Only dogs under 25 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
• Pet must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
• Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
• Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
• By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.
