🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Garage parking for 1 vehicle only. Pick up your parking pass at One Ski Hill Place (1521 Ski Hill Road) on the way up to Crystal Peak. Go to the front desk and let them know you’re staying at Crystal Peak #7006. The garage entrance is on the right side of the building; the 2nd elevator is closest to the unit. Please display the pass at all times—vehicles without a pass may be booted by building management.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• The unit is listed as wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out so we can confirm details for your stay.
• The indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and outdoor BBQ/seating areas are communal and managed by the building; hours and availability may vary.

- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
