The biggest challenge was finding the property, at night, in the dark. The homes went from 5429 to 5433. It took about 10 minutes of walking around to find a note taped to a gate, telling guests to enter through the back alley.This information would have been helpful to have prior to arriving at the home. I looked back through and could not find those instructions anywhere.Prior to arriving at the vacation home, all the emails from the management company felt cold and unwelcoming. We like to support families and small businesses. This felt very corporate and didn't leave a good first impression.Although understandably, there are a lot of rules, and some conflicting, which also lend to not feeling very welcome. An example is that "quiet hours" were listed in one place as 9:00pm, and in another at 10:00pm. When the downstairs tenant was still being loud with their guests at 10:30pm on Saturday night, it causes one to wonder.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is very walkable to all the restaurants on second Street and to the beach. It was very convenient for us as we were there for business meetings in the area. Street parking is easy. We would definitely come back again.
