This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is a relaxing home base for lake days and nearby exploring. The living area offers space to unwind and includes a full-size sleeper sofa for extra guests. Step outside to enjoy the outdoor seating area and BBQ grill—perfect for simple cookouts after a day on the water.
You’ll have WiFi for staying connected and a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to catch up on emails. A private washer and dryer make longer stays easy. When it’s time to wind down, the primary suite features a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a full-size bed with access to a shared bathroom.

Community amenities include a seasonal pool and hot tub, and the building has elevator access. Parking is convenient with one designated space in the garage.

Important Things to Note
• No pets or smoking allowed.
• Parking: One designated parking space is provided in the complex’s parking garage. Please plan accordingly if arriving with more than one vehicle.
• Stairs/Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated by building management and typically available; in the event of maintenance or an outage, stairs will be required.
• Self check-in with a smart lock.
• Pool & hot tub: These are shared community amenities and are subject to seasonal hours and occasional closures.
• Private washer and dryer in the unit.
• Free on-site parking (one garage space as noted above).
• WiFi is provided; however, due to the area’s more rural infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

- Must be 18+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. Evidence of pets during or after your stay will result in additional cleaning fees.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.

The location and view of the condo were perfect. The quality of the room and furnishings were everything we could ask for. We had a wonderful time during our stay and would stay here again

Place was very nice with garage parking and elevator access that made getting to the room a breeze. There were several bell carts available for us to use so getting all the luggage to the room was made much easier. There were several places to swim and eat within walking distance and Marble Falls city was a short drive away if we wanted more choices. Our entry code did not work at first but within a few minutes of contacting they were able to provide another code which made it more of a hiccup than a problem. I would have preferred if the AC would have been able to cool the room more but at night it seemed to do the trick, we slept comfortably and there was plenty of dishwasher and laundry detergent made available.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the property. Here are our pros and cons: Pros- Really nice resort, beautifully landscaped and cared for Lovely swimming pool close by Shuttle service that was very much welcomed by my elderly mother. The stainless access to the property was apppreciated Property was spacious and well equipped with a nice large balcony The management company was responsive Cons- The code given to enter the property was wrong twice, we got in after calling the management company for the correct code Although a non smoking property, there was an obvious smell of stale smoke in the apartment. The management company brought over some air freshener but that wasn’t sufficient The hot water supply was intermittent
