Step inside this inviting condo and take in the open-concept living and dining area, designed for gathering and relaxing. The galley-style kitchen is compact but equipped with all of the essentials, featuring granite countertops, white appliances, and counter seating for three. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed.

1. The pool closes at 10 PM, and quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.
2. Glass is strictly prohibited in all outdoor common areas—violations may result in fines.
3. Wristbands are required for pool access (1 per guest). They will be provided inside the unit.
4. A Guest Parking Pass will also be located inside the unit.
5. Guests must park only in designated spaces and display the parking pass on the windshield at all times.
6. Improperly parked vehicles or those without a visible pass may be towed.
7. Please leave the parking pass in the unit upon departure. Failure to do so may result in a $40 replacement fee.

Unit was as described. Rooms were clean and it was nice to have toiletries in showers. Closest pool was small and hot tubs there were not that hit( about same temp as pool). We were not given the correct gate code for the bigger pool so we’re only to use once when another guest let us in. Trying to get out was a challenge as you need the code for that as well. I messaged the hosts while standing at the gate Saturday afternoon and although the response was quick, they couldn’t reach the HOA until Monday which did us no good. Luckily other guests let us out so we were trapped. Still haven’t heard back about the code and it’s a day after we checked out. We couldn’t afford to risk using that pool site in fear we may get in but not out. Part of the reason we booked here was the option of pools and hot tubs so disappointment shrouded our stay

everything went great! open and great communication through since booking their wonderful place! coming into the home it was clean and everything we needed was provided for our weekend stay! all amenities were available and exactly what was pictured and more. Grand Welcome was great at communicating and answering all of our questions! Great location, easy instructions and fair price point. But pack your own blankets, and bring an air mattress if you book for 6.
