The beds were super comfortable. There were good kitchen supplies to cook with. The stove and microwave itself would get really hot to touch (knobs and handles) after cooking one meal which was strange. There was also no body wash in the master bedroom, two small sample sized body washes in the main bathroom. The house was very comfortable and clean.

This house was a disappointment. It was superficially clean but the inside of all drawers and shelves were not clean - giant dust balls under the beds!! The shower in the main bedroom leaks out onto the floor. There is very little lighting in the whole house; two lamps in the living room, not good for reading. The hot tub is so old the jets literally have no power & it reeks of chlorine. All the outside furniture was filthy but this may have been because of nearby construction that did not stop for 6 days. I thought we would be far enough away from the airport but wrong! Btwn air traffic, construction and gardening tools it was non-stop noise. There was no house manual so we did not know where to turn on the gas for the outdoor fire. The oddest thing is that I wanted 7 days, but when I booked for 6 days I got one price and if I added the 7th day the price went up $100 a day for all the days! We left at 6 days. The actual management company, Grand Welcome, was very responsive and great.

We had a great time at this house. Perfect for 2 couples or a family. We loved the fire pit, games and the pool was amazing. It was worth it to pay for it to be heated. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great. Walkable to town in 20ish mins. Grocery store close. It had everthing we needed.

Absolutely beautiful space. Everyone that stayed here remarked at the immaculate decor, thoughtfully stocked kitchen and beautiful spaces. We would all happily book again and again. They remained consistently communicative leading up to our stay and throughout, and were quick to respond should I reach out with any questions. This location was also perfect for getting around Palm Springs.
