5BR Retreat Near Dollywood, w Hot Tub & Game Room!

Property is beautiful & well laid out. Couldn't ask for any better location if Dollywood is in your plans. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

The property was very nice and fit our families needs very well. The location was excellent very close to all the things we wanted to do. Plenty of parking. We brought 3 vehicles and so did the property across from us and we were all able to park comfortably. A few minor complaints is the quality of the furnishings and communication. The bunk bed had broken parts and there were a couple other pieces the had cracked or missing pieces. The code I was given to enter the property was wrong and I had to call to recieve the correct one. I also had to call because I never recieved a code for the pool room. It also would have been nice to have some information on how the pool works. The lights have to stay on for the pool to stay heated. It got pretty cool before we figured it out. My biggest concern was the railing on the side balcony was loose and wobbles. Thank goodness no one leaned against it before we discovered this and we stayed off of that area the rest of the trip. There rest of the railing on the two covered back balconies was secure and stay off the side balcony did not affect our stay. I did notify the host when we discovered the issue and hope they will block it off until it is able to be repaired.

The house was beautiful, and we had a great time staying here! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the indoor pool. The only downside was that the pool heater couldn’t be turned up, so the pool was quite cold during our stay. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the house and our trip to Pigeon Forge. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The house was beautiful! Perfect for our family of 11. The children enjoyed the game room and pool. The adults loved the decks over looking the woods. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a great time!

I would definitely stay here again. The reason for four stars - many of the pillow cases were standard size for king pillows so there was that pillow gap, there were many extra types of bed pillows (which we loved) but none had pillow cases so if you wanted to sleep with two pillows you had to grab a case from another bed room or go with out a case, one of the beds did not have a fitted/bottom sheet so the person in that room slept on the top sheet with a blanket, the bedroom just off the kitchen did not have a curtain on the full glass door so there was a limit to privacy in that bedroom (they have installed a mirrored door on that bedroom but the installation was backwards so the mirror part faces inside the room instead of outside on the deck), the management company has not provided enough property detail. We had to call in to get the Internet password because it is not provided at the house. There is no information on the hot tub or pool, there is some kind of separate door lock for the pool so no clue if that was a good feature for the house. There's no one spot to have a 10 person at-the-table dinner but there is counter seating. The management company requested that I reach out to them if I was unable to write a five-star review but I feel like those things that we found weren't ideal would not necessarily get fixed if it wasn't a public review. The house is very clean, neat, and nice with a few glitches which should not stop you from booking here.

Keyless entry did not work but host did get us in with a key. Ac for main level did not work. Pool was not as big as we thought it looked in pictures. There was some broken furniture. But overall it meet our needs. Location was convenient to attractions.

Our 3-generation family vacation at this property was ideal. The little ones enjoyed the pool and the older ones enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was on-point, and you can't beat the proximity to Dollywood. It's too bad the road below is noisy when you're out on the deck; however, you can't hear road noise indoors.

We had a few hiccups upon arrival however they were extremely quick at responding to help us. Loved the house and Rocky Top Mountain Coaster is walkable distance. I do have to stay there were a few things that could use attention: broken handrail, stains on furniture, broken coffee table, broken bathroom fixtures, broken game pieces. Also dead bugs on windowsills, couple breaker popping issues and dirty floors. There is construction material in drive as they are going to be building more homes. Overall you have to understand it is a vacation rental so things won’t be perfect. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this place. Very close to everything.

This was a huge hit for our family. The swimming pool was so fun. Game room and media room perfect. Kitchen was very functional… next time we might bring a knife sharpener. This property was wonderful! Location perfect, too, and we will ask for it again.

The cabin was beautiful! My family went on and on about what a great find!!! The king beds were very comfortable. My adult daughters said the bunk bed mattresses were pretty hard. One ended up sleeping on the sofa in the movie room. The decor was modern-mountain vibe. Location close to Dollywood was perfect. We enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen. Would stay again!

The cabin was clean and just as expected from the pictures. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again. GPS doesnt exactly take you right to it but was easy enough to find with decent parking for our 3 vehicles. The pool definitely needs to be warmer. The thermostat said between 78 and 80. However the pool wasnt that warm.

The home was lovely. Close to all of the tourist attractions of Pigeon Forge while also being tucked away from the business. We messaged our host when we noticed that the pool was colder than advertised. They responded right away and sent out the most professional and kind team to fix it the same day. Each couple that joined us on our trip had their own room and bathroom with plenty of communal space for shared meals and game nights.

Was a great an accommodation for a group of friends in the mountains. Not far from pigeon forge locations and the drive to Gatlinburg. The house was peaceful, clean, and had what we needed to enjoy the trip.

This was a great place for large family. Location was good and surrounding area was scenic. We did receive a message the day before check-in saying the grill had been removed as an amenity. This was something we hadn’t planned for and was disappointing. Otherwise, all was good and we are thankful for the early check-in given us.

The home looks like the pictures and is in a great location -- across from the Rocky Top Mountain Coaster and just 2-3 minute drive from Dollywood. However, just know that whatever happens or is broken at the house, NO ONE from this rental company will come out to fix or help. We arrived to the home after a 5.5 hour drive, and the code they gave us for the keyless door lock didn't work. We texted and waited 20 minutes, with no response. So we called and was on the phone another 30 minutes with the person giving us different codes until one finally worked. The code that worked didn't work the second day, so we were locked out again! We demanded they come and fix the lock and also the outdoor lock box with emergency key (none of the codes they gave us worked for it), they finally said someone would come on the 3rd day of our stay but they never showed. We also had a broken dishwasher the entire stay. Nice home but you're on your own, awful management.

This was our first family trip in many, many years, we had 11 people and four generations of family members there for the weekend! It was absolutely beautiful!! plenty of room! easy access to everything absolutely wonderful place!!! Very quiet! Did not even hear the neighbors! Host was very great at communicating and clear on instructions! Highly recommend!!!

Great and beautiful home for a family vacation! Not high upon the mountains, close to many attractions. Clean and comfortable beds. We didn’t have to leave the cabin if we didn’t want to. Everything to cook and enjoy the cabin was there. Walmart was about 12 minutes away. Each room had its own bathroom as well as two extra half baths in game room and by pool. Such a great experience after we were able to get in. Door code didn’t work but just was responsive and got us in quickly!

The location, and home were perfect! Very close to all area attractions, and easily accessible! The ONLY issues with the home that we had were; the front porch step. It has a weird/small step off the front porch onto the driveway that is easy to miss. It’s the same color concrete as driveway which makes it hard to even notice. My mother in law and I both went down, thankfully neither were hurt. And the last thing would be that In a couple bedrooms the doors to the patio have no blinds or curtains and the sun in the morning is bright. Not a big deal at all, just a honest review of things. Overall we loved the home and can’t wait to go back in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very nice property. Everything that is needed was at the house. The room were spacious. The pool was fun for the kids. It is certainly located to local attractions. Minutes away driving. The house is not far off of the road. So if you are looking for a quiet view this is not the house. Everything else was wonderful.

Top notch stay! Private tucked away location amongst the treetops. Super private and safe location with plenty of parking. Very easy to get to location which is close to everything! Grocery store is 4 minutes away. Can see the mountain coaster from the rooms! Easy walk to Dollywood and to the mountain coaster. No bears over this way.. 4 minute drive to the old mill and to Dollywood. The house is beautifully & thoughtfully furnished, super clean & fresh. The beds were cozy. The pool was a unique and fun addition. But, Hot tubbing on the side of a mountain in the Smokey mountains while it rained was epic! Will stay here every single visit from now on. Not one complaint, only thankful it was available when we wanted.
