This is a house out of a fairytale. It's stunning, unique and the little porch is just gorgeous. It's in a lovely neighborhood and has a large, beautiful yard. Thanks again for hosting us!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Periwinkle Perch. The house was charming, clean and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Quiet surroundings. We loved that it was in walking distance to explore downtown St. Augustine, and enjoy the Nights of Lights. We also discovered the Cornerstone Cafe which was a 5 min walk away - a must for breakfast and coffee.

Loved it here! Down to every little detail on the house. I proposed to my girlfriend here in town it’s beautiful and only about 15min walk from everything downtown. Not to mention the coffee shop right around the corner! Perfect place to vacation at! Loved every second of it!

We ran into issues with check in due to flooding issues in the city. However, the property manager took the time before we even left for the trip to let us know this may be an issue and they had a backup place for us if needed. Communication was amazing. The house was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. The location was superb for walking down town with our two 9 year olds. We would stay here again. If you have mobility issues, then it may not be a great choice due to the only bathroom being on the first floor.
