Two bedrooms plus a queen sleeper sofa sleep up to six, with two full bathrooms for convenient get-ready routines.
You’ll have high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs for streaming, air conditioning and heating for comfort, and an in-unit washer/dryer to keep beachwear fresh. Please note this is a third-floor walk-up with Resort-style amenities: 2 outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis & pickleball courts, community room with games + fitness center,
and BBQ areas

Important Things to Note
• Third-floor location: This condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator; stairs are required.
• Parking and passes: 24 hours prior to check-in, please provide your vehicle make, model, license plate number, color, and registration state to receive parking passes upon first entry into the complex. If using a rental car, note this 24 hours prior; you’ll complete registration at the gate on arrival. Pick-up trucks must keep tailgates up at all times. Permits will not be issued for boats, campers, motorcycles, mopeds, motorized cycles of any type, trailers, marked taxicabs, or any recreational vehicles (mobile homes, trailers, motor homes, campers, motorized campers, or any related non-passenger vehicles).
• Self check-in: Entry is via keypad or lockbox; we’ll send instructions prior to arrival.
• Communal amenities: Pools, hot tubs, courts, fitness center, game room, and BBQ areas are shared by the community and availability may vary.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly.
• Beach access: Public access to Folly Field Beach is a short walk from the complex.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
