You’ll have two living rooms to spread out, Smart TVs for movie nights, and high-speed Wi-Fi with a laptop-friendly workspace for those who need to check in at work. Central air and heating keep things comfortable year-round, and self check-in via keypad makes arrivals a breeze.
Laundry is convenient with a private, coin-operated washer and dryer (bring quarters). When you’re ready for sunshine, you’ll have access to a communal outdoor pool (details in Important Things to Note).

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Bedroom 4: King bed
• Bathroom 2 (hall): Tub/shower combo

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. Street parking is not permitted per HOA and vehicles parked on the street are subject to towing. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Stairs: This is a 2-story property; stairs are required.
• Laundry: Private, coin-operated washer and dryer are available (please bring quarters).
• Backyard & Construction: The backyard area is unavailable until further notice due to construction of a new private pool.
• Communal Pool: Guests have access to a communal outdoor pool. Availability, hours, and access are managed by the HOA and may vary by season and are subject to change.
• Pets: No pets are permitted at this home.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
