Inside, you’ll find a straightforward, comfortable layout for relaxing between beach walks and bluff trail outings. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, bakeware, and utensils for simple meals at home, and the dining area flows easily to the outdoor patio.
Step outside to enjoy fresh ocean air, sea views, and outdoor seating for morning coffee or a sunset barbecue on the grill. After a day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub and break out a board game for a low-key night in. An EV charger is available for convenient top-ups during your stay. Please note there is no washer/dryer in the home; a laundromat is nearby if needed.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Parking is available for 2 cars in the gravel driveway. The driveway is shared with a neighboring unit, but your space and patio are private.
• EV charging: An EV charger is available for guest use.
• Laundry: The home is not equipped with a washer/dryer; a laundromat is nearby.
• Kitchen: Cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided.
• Stairs: The house has stairs (see photos).
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! 2 pets are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.
• Connectivity: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural Sea Ranch location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

- Must be 18+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 7 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
