Important Things to Note
• Stairs: This is a three-story home; stairs are required.
• Parking: Up to 2 vehicles—1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway directly in front of the garage. Please do not block the shared driveway entrance or neighboring unit. Additional street parking may be available first-come, first-served.
• Security: One exterior camera is located over the front door and monitors the entrance, driveway, and street.
• Laundry: Private washer and dryer in the home.
• Kitchen: Cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence of a pet is found.
• Sister unit: This home is part of a pair of sister townhomes. You may see guests coming and going next door. Larger groups can inquire about booking the combined/parent listing for both units.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
