• This booking includes both sister units (Unit A and Unit B). For smaller groups, you may prefer to book a single unit.
• Stairs: Each home is three stories; stairs are required to access bedrooms and living spaces.
• Parking: Up to 4 vehicles—1 in each garage and 1 in each driveway directly in front of each garage. Do not block the shared driveway entrance or neighboring unit. Additional street parking may be available first-come, first-served.
• Security: Each townhome has one exterior camera over the front door monitoring the entrance, driveway, and street. No interior cameras.
• Laundry: Private washer and dryer in each unit.
• Kitchens: Cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence of a pet is found.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
